The coustmer service we received at the riad was outstanding. Everything we needed was provided for and the efforts of the staff took away our stress. Arabic French and English speaking manager. The cleanliness was great and the layout of our room was beautifully traditional of a morrocan riad. Great social yard in which you can meet fellow guests. 10/10

We stayed at the fantastic 4 star www.riad-davia.com where we were treated like kings, the service was simply amazing and the staff became friends. Marrakech is a vibrant city known for its Medina, Mint tea, and Mosque’s as well as its souks, spices, snake charmers and hidden palaces. This majestic city, steeped in history and culture is the perfect get...

I had a wonderful 3 night stay here with friends just after the new year, it was quiet and peaceful and the breakfasts were superb - served whenever and wherever we wanted! We also had dinner here one night, a delicious courgette and feta soup with fresh bread followed by a chicken, lemon and olive tagine with fragrant couscous and...

I've never in the past reviewed any hotels BUT after the service we encountered at Riad Davia it was the least I could do! Having lived in Morocco for 6 years I've become accustomed to service being average at best even at the top rated hotels. The service we received at Riad Davia by Habib was simply incredible and took...

Just returned from a 3 night stay in Riad Davia, Marrakech. I was there with 5 friends to celebrate a special birthday... Where to start! From the minute we landed at Menara airport everything worked like clockwork, and this was thanks mainly to our lovely host Habib who coordinated everything. Our (very patient) driver Charaf met us and we were...

We had a lovely stay in Riad Davia. It was my first time visiting Morocco with my partner and Habib the manager was very helpful in helping us navigate round the maze of the Medina! We arrived in the evening and a delicious tagine was cooked for us - the best one we had in Morocco! Thank you Riad Davia...

Lovely, charming riad, in the heart of the Mádina with very trustworthy management - airport transfers on arrival and departure, helped with organising daytrips & trips about the city.. . Highly recommended.

Riad Davia was recommended to us by a friend, and certainly didn't disappoint. It is light and airy, and feels like an authentic moroccan Riad, even though it is painted with white paint on the inside. It makes it feel light, airy and clean which was wonderful after walking around the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. It is 15 mins...

Great Riad, the suite was nice, authentic and spacious and the staff were lovely. Habib, the manager, is a really really nice guy and extremely helpful. The food was also great, especially the lemon and olive chicken tagine! Would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

This Riad is a beautiful haven slightly removed from the heart of Marrakech. It is a great break from the madness of travelling and lugging suitcases around. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is better than average. The rooms are sizeable and there is a nice roof terrace. The only issue I had is that it is...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
the large patio is the center of the Riad and will prompt you to refresh in the small pool, drink a glass of tea by the centenary mulburry tree or take a nap in the large Indian beds. In its extension, guests will discover the winter living room and its amazing chimney painted in a dark brown tadellakt or traditional Morrocan plaster. Each of the three suites and five rooms has its own style: shimmering colours, old carpets and refined objects are harmoniously displayed. ... more   less

“Riad Davia is a nice, quiet spot within the crowded and chaotic medina of Marrakech. The riad's manager is polite and friendly. He is very helpful and organized several things for us, that do not belong to the 'regular hotel services' (e.g. free cups of tea, bottles of water for our journey, the delivery - in downtown Marrakech - of an item that we left in our room after our departure). Some features are to be improved, though: breakfast is moderate (no fresh juice, no fruit, no yoghurt), having a shower turns the bathroom into a swimming pool… The riad is situated within the medina, but in a part without any tourist attractions (near Bab Aylen). The disadvantage is, that you always have to walk for at least 20 minutes if you want to visit a point of interest. But on the other hand: you are in the middle of local Moroccan life! All together, Riad Davia is an agreeable place to stay for a couple of nights.”
