I travelled alone to Morocco for a quick vacation before a business trip in Europe. After doing hours and hours of research on the internet to find the best riad, I carefully selected Riad Khabia and am SO happy I did. Julien and his mother, Dany, were fantastic hosts. From the moment Julien met me at my taxi drop-off to...

We stayed 7 nights in a deluxe room. We had an excellent stay - very friendly and attentive staff with good attention to detail. Our room was cleaned every day, and mint tea was freely available upon request at any time. Breakfast on the terrace is also a bonus.

Stayed 2 nights in Riad Khabia when we first arrived in Morocco, trouble free transport from the airport was arranged and received a lovely warm welcome. All very clean with a private bathroom in our room. Julian helped us to plan what to do in Marrakesh and further along our travels in Morocco, also arranged a hire car for us....

We had the budget twin room which was very pretty und comfortable. Beautiful bathroom, heater - which is necessary at this time of the year. The hosts are super friendly and happy to provide a lot of useful information. Nice breakfast, ever available mint tea and a good talk came on top of that. Would definitely choose again.

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed it very much. Nice decoration, clean room, helpful and thoughtful hosts, breakfast with fresh fruit on the rooftop terrasse, good tipps on things to do and places to eat. We were always greeted with a smile and a short talk about our day and felt very much at home thanks to the Riad...

Great hosts, who bend backwards and accommodate your needs. Late pick-up from the airport was timely and safe. Decent breakfast. I thought the location being away from all the hustle of bustle of the Medina was better. It is a safe 10-12 minute walk to the center of Jemma El Fna, however it is better to be at this location...

In October my boyfriend and me stayed in Marrakech for 4 days in this lovely and cosy Riad. “My friend and I stayed in the Deluxe Double Room: Africa and it was simply perfect. A very large bed, bathroom and shower, and outdoor balcony lounge with privacy. The decorations were really cool and so is the ambiance music Julian plays :) (unless you don't want it)”

“The budget double suite's room itself is on the small side - but it does come with an extra room with settee which looks over the plunge pool inside the riad. The suit has several characteristic features such as carved wooden doors and golden coloured basin and taps - al little things that make the experience a little more exotic!”
