First of all if you haven't booked then book right away!! This place is unreal from the staff down to the food, perfect location whether you want to chill out or explore Marrakech. The souks where literally a few minutes walk down the road, which is such an experience. We walked there several times day and night and every time...

For the first time in years my wife and I booked a package holiday . Previous holidays and trips were always planned by ourselves . However , since we had already been to NZ earlier in the year we decided to book a week away in Marrakesh and decided to try an all inclusive stay at the Medina Gardens through...

Stayed here from 2nd of September for the week ( wish I'd booked longer now ) ! Fantastic food everyday of the week and when your travelling with a vegetarian and a very fussy eater that's a lot to say ! Drinks were good quality too however the bar staff were bone idle and looked at you as though you'd...

On arrival, the check in process was very speedy and i loved the way in which it was done. We were all sat out in the patio area and were given a drink, a cake and a cold flannel, to which we were then introduced to the hotel manager, given our wristbands and the keycard to our room. This worked...

First time in Marrakech this hotel was absolutely the perfect place to have a base for exploring the city. We got a really good deal on all-inclusive in the summer holidays (second week of August). It's well worth looking for these deals on the Thomson website. The hotel isn't fantastically modern. It's clearly an older hotel that has been made...

Thomson were brilliant from the start- from the transfers they were extremely organised, and the welcome drinks are fab. The hotel and the grounds are gorgeous, you have a great view of the mosque...

Room was tired although clean and petals on bed every day, but think they are working through hotel for refurbishment. Food was amazing, plenty of choice and BBQ section most evenings as well as great buffet. We ate every single meal outside as weather was great. The 'quiet' pool was a nice place to spend the day relaxing and pool...

Staff were attentive. Food was amazing. Drinks were plentiful including cocktails. It was a wonderful break just what we needed it's was my husbands birthday whilst there...

The hotel and the garden was amazing. The staff very friendly and helpful with organising excursions and with all the other stuff. Very nice little spa, we've had a nice couple 's massage. The only thing was the water in the pool was freezing, but apart from that we enjoyed our stay.
