What can we say about this riad, simply put, it is a very beautiful riad in the heart of the Medina. Our host Francesca was very welcoming from day one and the staff were brilliant (Mohammed, shout out to you my friend). Our stay started off with a traditional Moroccan mint tea, which we loved, yum. Breakfast was tailored to...

We stayed in Marrakech for 6 days and dont think we could have chosen a more beautiful and welcoming place to stay. The Riad is right in the heart of Marrakech no more than a 15 minute walk from the souks and 5 minutes away from the 'new' Marrakech outside of the old city walls. You will walk through a...

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for a week, we where really well looked after by all staff from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Everyone had some really good advice on where to go and Francesca really went out of her way to make us feel comfortable within the city, she took us out for a...

The journey to the Riad was certainly an interesting experience! You might wonder what you have let yourself in for but don't worry it will be worth it. The warm welcome we received from Francesca and her staff was amazing! The Riad is truly quirky and lovely. We had 3 fabulous nights here seeing the sights of Marrakech. If you...

Like many other reviewers, our anxiety during the journey into the Old City faded away at the Riad's door. Francesca and her staff could not have been more pleasant and accommodating to us, and she immediately offered us a tour of the narrow derbs so that we felt comfortable gong out alone. The property is kept in very good condition...

Traditional Riad, beautiful inside, well thought out. The welcome was amazing, Francesca and her staff made us feel at home with pastries and mint tea. Francesca then took us out to get our bearings which was a god send as we would have been totally lost otherwise! Our room was lovely, not massive but everything in there you needed. The...

Getting to the Riad was quite an experience as this was our first visit to Marrakech. But what a surprise! Francesca whenever we are in Marrakech again we will not stay anywhere else, but with you. Friendly staff, excellent food, just all was perfect.

After finding our way through the narrow alley ways behind a local market, which were scary at midnight when we arrived but shown to be benign after staying for 4 nights, we stumbled into a little place of paradise with service which went far beyond our expectations. The food, especially dinner, was great and the presentation given an extra romantic...

The owner was extremely kind and made everything to help us. The place is very nice, cozy, has a home-feeling, very quiet. Breakfast is quite basic but you would not find much more in a four star in town. It is as it is. Warning: it's extremely hard to find (Nokia maps cannot track you to destination, at some point...

“The riad was a different world and allowed us to absorb some of the local culture and food, much better than any 5 star all inclusive resort that hides you from the harsh realitys and types of people in morocco. Per book a taxi otherwise you will be hassled from the word go. When you barter, only ever pay what you think it's actually worth...bartering is part of the culture and they start high Only drink water from sealed bottles! Be weary of the food in the markets!”
