This was a great Riad to stay in. Peter (the owner) as well as Asraf, Anour and Melinka really went out of their way to ensure we had a great time by showing us around, suggesting restaurants and places to visit, being flexible with breakfast, arranging trains, taxis, and bus tickets, etc. We also had a great massage at the...

This is an excellent Riad. We enjoyed a really nice hotel - clean and well finished with an authentic feel. The staff can't do enough to help you, in a friendly (not over-powering) way and the food is excellent - again in a "real" way (we had breakfasts, and dinner on our first night). The other reviews meant our expectation...

This was my first visit to Marrakech. The Medina is hectic and busy, which made this Riad a welcoming oasis of peace and calm. We were made to feel very welcome by Anour, Asraf and Melinka. They offered advice and insight into Morrocco and the city itself. The food was delicious-we ate here on two evenings, and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Thanks!

This is my second trip to Marrakech, the first for my friend. The Riad was lovely, very clean, very comfortable and managed by two great guys, Asraf and Anour and the cook Melinka on behalf of the owner Peter. These guys were great, very helpful, great fun and we had lots of laughs. The food was superb, it was wonderful...

Dar Zaman is a boutique riad strategically located in the heart of the Medina: when considering where to stay location is key. Peter and his team are professional, friendly and collaborative. The atmosphere is magic. Perfect for couples. I would strongly recommend it.

A beautifully decorated and peaceful riad 5 minutes from the souks and close to lovely restaurants. Peter, the owner, and the staff Ashraf, Malinka and Anwar made us very welcome and gave us lots of help and advice. We ate in the riad twice (other than the excellent breakfasts); once in the evening which was very good and a lunch...

This was our second stay at Dar Zaman, our first visit being in January 2010. We loved it so much that we decided to come back and see a bit more of Morocco. Team Dar Zaman consists of Abdella, Ashraff, Malika and last but never the least Peter, the owner of Dar Zaman. This unique Riad is simply the best....

We loved our stay at Riad Dar Zaman, especially tracing our steps through the narrow alleys to get there. Abdullah and Ashraf were very hospitable, gracious hosts and Nellika was a wonderful cook. Dinners at the Riad were delicious and the breakfasts were fabulous and filling. Our only (slight) objection was that our room was quite tiny.

Dar Zaman has two storeys if you don't count the ground floor. The first floor has three double rooms, the second floor is the sun terrace, where our fourth room is located, along with sofas, sun beds, outdoor shower and fabulous views of the Atlas Mountains. The room on the sun terrace is our smallest room, compensated in part by...

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Riad last November and it was a wonderful start to a great holiday. The Riad's decor was stunning and our room was a beautiful little haven of cool and calm. All the staff were so friendly and helpful with directions, recommendations and could answer any questions. Breakfast was fantastic and even managed to...

This riad is like a little piece of heaven in the madness of Marrakesh. We had been working very hard for the previous week in Marrakesh and Peter and his wonderful staff provided the perfect retreat for us in which to rest, recuperate and recharge our batteries. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. In fact, they re-defined...
