I stayed here with a group that was originally scheduled for a different hotel, but due to a large convention, the group had to rebook here. Initially the place looked nice -- well kept exterior and lavish lobby. But it is FAR from the center of Marrakesh, and the rooms are serviceable at best. (Dismal might be a better word....)... We arrived here with a group of about 25. The entrance & lobby were impressive and the hotel was well kept on the outside. The hotel is located some distance from anything...ie. you wouldn't be able to walk to anything as a tourist. We were allocated our rooms, compared room numbers with other members of our group and then proceeded... More

We spent one night at this hotel as part of a tour group. It's a bit far from the Medina, and I don't think it's anywhere close to being a 5-star hotel (by Western standards). It's only two floors high, so there's many a long and dark corridor to navigate to get to one's room. The rooms are decent -... More

We have been here for one week and it's the worst 5 star hotel we have ever been to. No information, bad organized trips, difficult to communicate in English. The hotel looks okay, but not much service. The worst is that the bed sheets wasn't change once! In one week, and they didn't look clean, spots and dirty. I would... More

My husband and I spent one night at this hotel...and I am so pleased it was just the one night. It's awful. From the images it doesn't look so bad...but the rooms are basic, dirty and require an upgrade. It is very far from the city. If you're looking for a stop over and are not fussed regarding the standards... More

The hotel is far away from the city, they says that they have a bus shuttle... it was "broken" but you could get a taxi in front of the hotel for 200MAD (19EUR). The staff is untrained and impolite. The breakfast is expensive and terrible. The glasses and plates are dirty, immagine the food! The only positive thing in this... More
