A very warm welcome on arrival. Delightful hosts, cheerful and positive staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. A haven of peace and tranquility yet only 5 minutes from the excitement and bustle of the vibrant Medina. Lovely tea and cakes in the afternoon, a very tasty breakfast to set us up for the day. We appreciated the extra...

I could not agree more with the previous reviewer describing Riad El Arsa as the oasis. The Riad is located just minutes away from the eventful & extremely busy Medina/Souq of Marrakech. However, behind close door, one will leave the hustle and forever bustling sounds of the Medina/Souq and feel relaxed. We were greeted by Noel and Semone (hope I...

We had a wonderful time staying in this riad a 5 minute walk from the main square in Marrakesh back in February. Fabrice and Noel were very friendly, welcoming and informative and were willing to give advice and booked a wonderful spa session for us. We would definitely recommend the evening meal - the chocolate fondant with a moroccan twist...

Just returned from 4 nights in Marrakech staying at the RiadEl Arsa with 3 of my 'girlfriends' for my 50th birthday treat, and it was a fantastic treat. Having no prior experience or knowledge of Marrakech at all ( apart from THE film! ) we really didn't have a clue what to expect, but everything was brilliant. After a lengthy...

Got back a couple of days ago from a stay in this wonderful Riad. It is a haven of peace and tranquility but just a stones throw from the lively and colourful street life of Marrakech. The rooms are spotless, the service is brilliant. We were made to feel so welcome by everyone. I really hope it is not too...

This Riad is very well located in the Medina, close to Djemaa el-Fna square. Noel & Fabrice were always so kind and helpful, they took time to recommend us restaurants, hammam, to give directions, guide us around and also arrange transfer from/to airport - everything!. It’s a pleasure to find such kind and nice persons, that you can fully trust,...

We visited Villa El Arsa as a family of six, booking three rooms just before Christmas. We couldn't have asked for a better welcome as our hosts prepared mint tea and pastries, which we had on the roof terrace, shortly after arriving. We were then shown to our rooms, which were just wonderful. The decor was tasteful and authentic and...

We have been in Villa el Arsa for 2 nights and it is a pleasant house that makes guests forget about the chaotic city of Marraketch. Well-served breakfast in the roof terrace. The owners are really helpful and kind. 100% recomendable

We stayed here for a short break before Christmas, and weren't disappointed. The Riad is owned and run by two French guys, Noel and Fabrice. They also have a small team of people to help during the day with breakfast, and cleaning the rooms. It's small (5-6 rooms) but that's a Riad. It's decorated in a gorgeous contemporary Moroccan style,...
