You can't ask for a better staff to make our stay a great experience. Even better place than showed in the pictures. Food more than delicious and close to the main square. Definitely super recommended.

This Riad is located in an excellent location close to the souk and within a reasonable distance of the main square. The Riad itself is stunning, spacious and tranquil with a large roof terrace for you to enjoy. The owners and the staff were incredibly accommodating, taking care of every need and happily arranging visits and tours of the city....

This was a lovely hotel, with great service and comfortable surroundings. It is a peaceful escape from the madness of the souk. Great hosts who couldn't do enough to make our stay lovely. The location is good as it's about 15/20 min walk to the main square and about 40 min walk to jardin majorelle. The rooftop is very peaceful...

We really enjoyed our two nights at the Riad Assouel. The décor is beautiful, the atmosphere is peaceful and the staff are professional. The room was very comfortable and a good size. The roof terrace overlooks the Medina rooftops and is perfect for catching the Marrakesh sunrise. I would recommend the riad for anyone looking for an authentic sanctuary with...

As you step in from the bustling street, you arrive in an oasis of calm. The entrance hall is subtly scented with orange blossom and the whole property is nicely furnished with authentic Moroccan decor. The manager is great, when he welcomes you he gives you a thorough introduction to the area, to the souks, and the best way to...

Me and my wife spent 3 days in Marrakech and we stayed in Riad Assouel during our stay there. The riad is beautifully decked out in traditional Moroccan decor and design. Gives you the whole mood of being in Morocco. It is quiet and peaceful at night and only a mere 10 minutes walk to Jema Elfna. Location is great....

In general we had a fantastic stay at Riad Assouel. Beautiful, big, comfortable bedroom with great AC. On the hole the staff were friendly and accomodating. Fantastic amenities with a lovely roof terrace and a refreshing pool (although it was broken on our first day they apologised for this and it was fixed within 24 hours) and we also had...

Great riad in heart of Medina. You do pay a little more when booking trips and guides through them but well worth it, especially if you are new to Marrakech as it can be daunting at the start and so it's good to know you are in safe hands. Both our driver and our guide were superb. Cafe Araba and...

Excellent rooms, beautifully decorated with great bathroom, comfortable bed. RIad itself had nice terrace with panoramic views. Staff were welcoming, although there was a slight mix up with a taxi we ordered not showing up at the train station to pick us up. However the manager was extremely apologetic, explained it was a genuine mistake, and then went out of...

What can I say; we were treated with so much warmth & care :-) we were made to feel at ease straight away and greeted with fresh mint tea. We were given a lovely introduction to the area, customs and sightseeing activities to do. Not too mention how to barter and deal with unwanted help from locals. The owner gave...

“There are only 8 rooms so quite exclusive. The Ourika room that we stayed in had two windows looking out on to the pool and also a bathroom window that looked out over some apparent wasteland. We had two sofas that could be used as beds and steps up to and then down to bathroom with separate toilet. Air conditioning in the room was useful to cool the room down before sleep.”
