My first stay here was back in 2006 and I've stayed another three times since then - I just love it here. Messoud is so friendly and helpful with everything you could need. The breakfast on the terrace is delicious and the location couldn't be more perfect, right in the heart of the medina. Already planning my 5th stay

Amazing place to stay when in Marrakesh. Would definitely go back and stay here again! Staff were lovely, great rooms and beautifully decorated. Rooftop is amazing views of the old city, cant wait to go back here! Hard to find though without the help of locals

We stayed here off peak, in Jan/Feb 2007. The Riad manager was really friendly and helpful. The room was really sweet (room 3) and the breakfast was really nice and filling. It's right by the medina, so super convenient and you can hear the prayers really clearly.

Stayed here for a night with a friend in one of the rooms in the first floor. The decoration is quite modern so it does not feel as much as a riad inside the room but the common areas are very nice! And the rooftop is perfect for a relaxed breakfast. Impossible to find by ourselves with the help of...

Great place, helpful and kind owner, comfy beds, nice breakfast, great tea! I am a young female and was travelling alone, and the owner called a guide to walk me through and tour the Medina with and also had someone pick me at night to bring me to a great hole in the wall restaurant. Highly recommend

I arrived at the Riad and was greeted by Zura. She was very kind and made me feel at home right away. So did the manager Massoud and Mohammad. The Riad is very cosy, and has a nice little pool which is very helpful on warm days. My room smelled a bit mouldy, but was nice and with a big...

Very nice and cozy Riad! Very friendly staffs. Masud and Mohamed were there to provide personalized services and very courteous. Great location. We were family of 6 and booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. All rooms are different and interesting. An old traditional Moroccan house turned into a small boutique hotel. Worth every penny spend! Very affordable.

I stayed in Riad Chouia Chouia for four nights with a friend and my sister in October 2014. Riad is in a great location, just a few minutes from the main square Djemma el fna, and also a few minutes from the taxi stop. It has lovely terraces which were the highlight of our stay. We very much enjoyed our...

Meets most of the basics. We stayed here one night as our other riad could not accommodate us and this was really close by and a good price. The Riad itself was showing its age, same with the rooms. With some upgrades it would definitely have been a better quality stay. But it was quite cheap so for the value...

We found Chouia Chouia thru a friend of a friend. (I can't imagine finding a riad on my own!) What a gem. Our room was charming, the clientele was a nice mix of Europeans, the location was perfect and the staff was so helpful. They even helped me find a great location to buy several scarves as gifts. It's adorable...

“We had a room at the second floor which was very big and dark with just two very tiny windows next to the door. There was no door between the room and the bathroom - no privacy whatsoever. Bathroom was very big and had a huge window opening to the inner court. We had BIG cockroaches both in the bathroom and in the room.”

“I can't remember if they offered car service from airport, but if they do take it. Taking a taxi from airport is difficult if it's your first time because drivers will try their hardest to rip you off. You should only pay 100 dirham. Agree on this and only this before you enter the taxi. Threaten to tell the police if they try to raise it. Also, it may be difficult to locate as with most riads they are down small walking only paths. Someone may try to help you but they will expect money.”
