We enjoyed our week in Marrakech enormously. Our suite was supremely comfortable and we were looked after wonderfully by the owners and their brilliant staff. We chose to eat in every night because the food was so delicious especially the fish dishes and salads. Thank you so much. Jenny and Chris

Marrakech is a whirlwind and Dar Sbihi was our oasis, a paradise of calm and luxury at the beginning and end of some very full-on days - the atmosphere is really magical and everything about this place is authentic. Our hostess Sybille gave us excellent advice to help us negotiate the city and excursions, and the service overall was personal...

Dear Mrs A. & Mr M., thank you so much for your kindness! I hope you will keep nice memories of your stay in Marrakech, thinking about us from time to time while preparing the recipes we shared...

Dar Sbihi is a calm oasis in the busy, less developed, north end of the Medina. The property is predominantly a Thomson/TUI letting. The ground floor is a beautiful garden. The top floor is a terrace for sunbathing and breakfast. The bedroom we had was spacious and looks nice, but is a bit less comfortable than we’re used to, in...

Oh, my happytrav3ls, now I feel somewhat disappointed. Why not having mentioned those issues when you were still staying here? I could have given you another room and bathroom. As you know, our guesthouse is a restored originally 17th Century riad and we kept it on purpose in a traditional authentic way but adapted to contemporary confort. The water heater...

We initially chose this Riad because it was small and authentic and booked through Thomson's. Once we found out how easy it was to book independently we have been back twice at a fraction of the cost. The owners and staff can not be any more welcoming and they ensure that all your needs are met. We were there at...

I was slightly apprehensive about this place. There's a review on here that gives the impression that the owner is a little bit of a money grabber , charging for maps and other stuff. In fact the truth is the exact opposite. When we arrived Sybil did give us a map and some mint tea with pastries but there was...

We have just returned from our stay at Riad Dar Sbihi. We have had a wonderful experience staying at this lovely Riad, which is just stunning and beautiful. The location is fantastic, only 15mins in a taxi from the airport and only 10min walk to the souks. Sibylle is the perfect host, who really looked after us from the moment...

Just returned from this beautiful riad you walk into a Moroccan paradise with birds singing in a garden all centred around traditional tiled bedrooms ,all behind a large wooden door ! Visited the riad for a week in August and we were blown away. The riad is beautifully Moroccan and an oasis of calm from the busy city just outside. Sybille and Saad were so helpful declaring us the 'princesses of the riad' when we arrived and certainly treating us that way! Breakfast on the roof terrace was a lovely way...

This was the third time I have visited this Riad and won't be the last. There is just something about this place that gets under your skin. I will say that its not for everybody. If you want to party the night away and be in a huge hotel which is exactly the same as all other hotels in the...

A perfect location for those who really want to experience Marrakech. The hustle and bustle disappeared once the riad door was closed. A dip in the pool or a snooze on the terrace and then back to the action outside. Sybil was the perfect host and the food she produced were excellent😁
