I agree that the owners and managers were so accomodating and are very good at responding to queries via email so give it a go. We had drinks and snacks almost nightly. We had two dinners there which were delicious and the breakfasts were wonderful. Email them your dietary requirements etc and I am sure they will be able to let you know what they can do.
