We were really pleased with this choice - great location, great service, delicious breakfast, comfortable (if small) rooms. We had a weird shower, more like a small box, but we didn't use it much. We didn't spend much time in the room but when we did, we made it work, rearranging the furniture to make more space, sleeping comfortably at...

Immaculate, tastefully restored traditional ryad in the heart of the medina. Our stay at the Ryad El Borj was truly my favourite holiday accommodation I have ever experienced. Daniel welcomed us into his beautiful Ryad and went out of his way to ensure we didn't have to deal with anything other than immersing ourselves in the all the city had...

Everything was great. The riad is located near to the Jamaa El Fna square, where all kind of activities take place. The riad is really beautiful, with amazing decor and facilities. The room was awesome. The staff was really friendly, and they offered us help with everything we needed. They even bought us the train tickets we needed to go...

Perfect choice: a tranquil Ryad and a beautiful room, just a few steps from the heart of the souk. The hosts were lovely and the entire experience was wonderful. We would highly recommend this Ryad for anybody who wants to explore the Medina. Everything is on your doorstep - but you can always escape to the tranquility of the Ryad...

Lovely place to stay in an excellent location very near the main square of Marrakech. Lovely friendly owner and staff and they prepare a great breakfast. Very comfortable rooms and pretty communal areas. Great to get the highest room with its own private sun terrace as well.

The location is great: when you enter the ryad after crossing the souks, it feels like an oasis of peace. My room was comfortable with views on the Medina. Breakfast is served on the terrace, weather permitting, and I was lucky during my 3 days stay to enjoy the sunshine while eating delicious bread, yoghurt, fruits and Moroccan pancakes. One...

Dear Daniel and staff Thank you for an amazing stay at your beautiful riad. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived and until we left this morning. Your kind and personal welcome, your friendly staff, and not to forget the beautiful house made our stay great! We lived in the fantastic doriyia room, an extremely large suite, and...

The Riad has a nice inner courtyard with many plants and sunbeds on the terrace to relax. Our room was spacious and had a hot shower. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately the muezzin and the noise from the medina are clearly hearable in the room although the riad is located in a quiet alley. The persons hanging around in this alley...

This Ryad is really cool, the attention to detail in the decoration of the rooms is amazing and the included breakfast was the best we ate in Morrocco. It's location in the Medina makes it ideal for hanging out in Old Marrakesh. The staff are lovely and the owner, Daniel, is possibly the coolest man ever. He also went above...

Even though it can be hard to find, this Riad was the best we stayed at in Morocco. The upstairs room (double bed with access to the terrace) is wonderful and sports the best possible view of the medina. The service was on point, couldn't have asked for more. It's worth your money to have dinner there at least once,...
