Our first trip to Marrakech could not have been perfect without the fantastic staff of the riad. From the moment we arrived at the airport all the way to our last day in Marrakech, the staff went above and beyond in making our brief stay in this labyrinthine medina memorable. A taxi service was arranged for us by Julianne to...

We were well looked after by Julianne right from the time of booking. She arranged a pick-up from the bus station and made sure we arrived safely. The staff were very helpful, and provided a breakfast for us as we had been travelling all morning. They then explained all the secrets of the souks and bazaars so that we would...

We stayed in Dar Hanane for 4 nights in the Grand Suite between 27 March - 31 March. The Grand Suite was beautiful and could have easily slept six, but we enjoyed the luxury of having it for just the two of us. Swathed in light from the courtyard with a lovely breeze sweeping the white linen curtains, the room...

This place is lovely - relaxing decor, clean and stylish. We had a mixup on arrival not being met at the airport but the staff much more than made up for it the rest of our stay and provided a free taxi service later. We felt really well looked after, advised about how to get to places. All the staff...

We were booked here for one night before flying home from Marrakesh airport. We had top service from booking to departure. A taxi collected us from the bus station on our return from Essaouira and he dropped us as the street got too small for a vehicle and our bags were passed to a porter with a cart - all...

My friends and I went out to celebrate my 21st birthday and had a fantastic time! It was like staying in a tropical oasis. The staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to help out in any way they could! We had an excellent guide arranged for us and were escorted to and from restaurants. It was better...

Beautiful room, amazing views from the roof top terrace, management was very helpful, loved hearing the birds chirping in the morning in the orange trees in the courtyard. Breakfast was served whenever we requested and tea and bottled water delivered to your room whenever you wanted. The mini bar was a plus too. We also took advantage of the massage...

It was as taking part in the story of Alladin. To stay at Dar Hanane was a small adventure. We enjoyed every moment. The staff was splendid. The dinner at the roof amazing and the riad itself a fairytale. Our highceiling room was very nice and cold mineralwater was welcoming us. Just what we needed after an exhausting day in...

We decided to immerse ourselves in the medina in Marrakech to truly experience Morocco. All our enquiries prior to the trip were answered quickly and completely by Juliane. Dar Hanane is an old but beautifully renovated home with a center courtyard, an oasis of calm. The manager Mohammed and his staff (Yousuf) treated us like family. All their recommendations for...
