I can't begin to catalogue all the ways in which this was a terrible place to stay. Probably the best representation of how this place runs: We had a leaking roof in the bedroom, the reception staff couldn't understand why this was an issue, we had to argue to get another room, and when no rooms were apparently available, we...

This used to be a lovely hotel in Marrakech but it has gone way downhill. I stayed here in 2003 and it was charming and lovely. Now it still has good bones but it doesn't seem anyone really cares about it. It is shabby and worn but reasonably priced. The breakfast is very mediocre. The pillows are lumpy and the...

600 dirhams for 4 people including breakfast. We moved here from the Semiramis across the road. Better room and staff. Not 4 star but comfortable and clean. Pool is great. Our room was on the ground floor and had a courtyard into the gardens.

The cost of the hotel and flight for a family of 5 was very good - or so we thought at the time of booking. So, having checked reviews, we thought we would just dive in. We went with our friends - a family of 3, and the group had a mixture of teenagers, young children and adults. The hotel...

I've been to 3 * hotels before but this hotel was absolutely terrible. The deco outside and hall way is nice. The first room we got given was stinking of damp and had stains all over the floor. We moved and the second room smelt better but still could smell mild dampness the room was dusty and unkept. On the...

Absolutely terrible . Defiantly not a four star more like a three star . My advice just don't go to marrakechh full stop unless you want to be taken advantage of, everything and everywhere you go people are trying to rip you off . The hotel are money grabbing. Area is very isolated with not much too offer at all...

me and my husband visited this place in June, unfortunately I didn't realise at the time of booking that our stay was going to be during Ramadan. As we had never been to Marrakech before I had booked private return transfers from the airport which worked out at around €90, it turned out that the small taxi's would have been...
