This riad is really a unique gem. We stayed at 3 riads during our stay in Morocco and although this one was the cheapest it was by far the best. I love the fact that the riad is family run. The personal touch of Sara and her family and their attention to detail really made us feel at home immediately....

We stayed 2 nights in this beautiful riad, room was nice and comfortable, service was excellent. Sara the owner's daughter and her dad are the nicest. She sat with us and gave us lots of tips and info to make the most of our time in Marrakech. Breakfast was nice and they offered to serve it very early for us...

Thank you so much to everyone at Riad Tamarrakecht for making the beginning and end of our trip to Morocco so fantastic. We initially booked for a few nights in Marrakech for the beginning of our trip, but after staying decided to return at the end of our trip for another night. After a really long flight & 2 hour...

We stayed four nights in the riad and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We booked the taxi pickup from the airport and were provided with a map once we checked in. We really enjoyed the rooftop breakfasts and found we never needed lunch as they were so big. We stayed in July during Ramadan and had a great time and...

This family run riad was so beautiful, and we were sad to only stay here one night before flying out of Marrakech. I had heard that riads in the medina could be noisy, however this place was so quiet and peaceful (it was about a ten minute walk from the main square). The service was great (delicious breakfast), and the...

Unfortunately we only able to stay for one night, but when we return to Marrakech we will definitely book again at this family run riad. The service was impeccable, and the lady who greeted us was very polite, friendly, and very efficient in booking our airport transfer. We arrived late so had no food or drink, and were very tired,...

We stayed here a couple of nights. The family that owned the hotel were very accommodating and polite. Unfortunately, we had the room right by reception and the kitchen so a little noisy. There is a rather quaint higgledy-piggledy roof garden which is a real suntrap. Recommended for a brief stay, if you're on a budget.

Most reviews I've read here before making a decision to stay at this riad are absolutely to the point. The place is very nicely decorated, the hosts are wonderful, and their homemade food is delicious. However, I would like to recommend everyone to slightly lower their expectations. No, I don't want to diss the riad on anything. But it is...

My husband and I visited Marrakesh for the first time and loved our stay here. However, we would highly recommend contacting the Riad in advance of your flight to let them know when to collect you - if you're unfamiliar with the medina it's extremely difficult to navigate (and we were taken advantage of by a "helpful" stranger). That said,...

After 7 days of trekking/climbing in High Atlas mountains followed by a 3 day sahara desert tour, i settled in here so i could explore, sight see, shop and get lost in and around Marrakech. When you first walk in you are transported in a oasis, very nice rooms, loved the terrace and the common room. Food was great, staff...
