Nestled in the heart of the old city walls, this was the perfect place to base ourselves for our Moroccan adventure. Our host Mustapha was amazing, arranging everything from airport pickup, tours, desert safari, private transport & meals. We travelled with Mustapha through the Atlas Mountains and then on to Casablanca. The Riad Amlal is completely charming. It's one place...

Riad Amlal is a great place to stay for those on a budget and looking to find a hostel with a great location in Marrakesh. What really impressed us was the hospitality. Prior to arriving at the Airport in Marrakesh, we were able to arrange for transport to pick us up and this was freely provided for by Riad Amlal....

I stayed at Riad Amlal for 7 nights with my 17 year old daughter during her half term break from her studies- the price for the room was very reasonable considering that it was during a school holiday. Our beds had excellent mattresses, clean linen and good pillows . There was a large en suite bathroom with hot water whatever...

This beautiful riad is just steps away from the Medina in the heart of marrakech. I came with my family of 6, and Moustapha, the proprietor, was engaging and hospitable, and provides a very inexpensive, secure stay. The beautiful historic building with its covered atrium is a welcome reprieve from the bustling Medina. Moustapha has years of experience ad ada...

Perfect Riad.. 3 of us stayed in April. Easy to find (close to entrance in Medina so definetly a good option when in Marrakech). We stayed 3 nights there. Djemma al Fna square is 15 min of walk. Mustapha and Farid are excellent hosts. They will organize for all your trips and everything else you might need. Recommendation: go and...

I was two days in the Riad. I found it on the Internet. Mustapha of the owner, who had picked me from the airport was very helpful and friendly. I felt like we would have long met. The way from the airport to the Riad, who was about 15 to 20 minutes away, was very pleasant. Arrived in Riad, I...

I love this Riad, Mustapha is a great guy, met him in 2010 on a dessert tour, and he told me: I'm gonna have a Riad some day, and just a couple of years later I was staying at his Riad. Once I arrived and they didn't have a room for me but they looked for another one and brought...
