Excellent cookery class, Adil our chef was passionate about Morrocan cusine. Gave excellent tutorial in the shaded terrace area. Not only did he teach us how to cook authentic Morrocan tangine but after a few hours we were able to enjoy our fruits of our labours.

Nice place with great and really helpful staff 24/7. The cleaning of the room was spotless and the woman cleaning the room did a great job. They even have have a lovely cat named Mimi who loved me bringing her treats every evening! Pros: Great location, spotless cleaning, private bathroom. Cons: Quite noisy in the evenings as they had karaoke....

The only advantage is that it is well localized, and has a relatively nice breakfast on the terrace. Honestly, not worth the stay. The rooms on the first floor have a common bathroom and shower, in other words, shared, and in bad conditions. Upon check out we paid more than the expected value, and the transfer rate from Euros to...

The rooms are not as they look like on booking. Our was in the main floor with a window facing on the inside patio. In the room we had the essentials: a queen bed, a sink and 2 night tables and a basic dresser. no table lamps, no closet. the bathroom was shared. free wi fi. The price was ten...

From the time we arrived until the time we left everybody in the hotel could not do more for us. Bent over backwards to help, rooms very clean, plenty of blankets. Breakfast was delicious, would definitely recommend this hotel to people travelling to Marrakesh.

I read all reviews of El Kennaria, and cannot understand how anyone can say anything negative at all about the hotel. I have stayed in many hotels in many countries. I paid the equivalent of £30 a night which included breakfasts, which were perfect, local breads with honey and jam and coffee( for a couple of quid! Come on, just peanuts, and...

Great terrace, great atmosphere & great staff!! We came across this little Riad while wandering around the Souks during the day and we were invited to look around and we were quite surprised. Very good location and good setting in a very friendly environment. The Shisha is the best you can find around and the price is even better and...

This is on road opposite the souk at the medina...right into lane next to cafe du France .. tons of little cafes , bric a brac stores and memorablia adorn the street which again meanders into lanes and byelanes. So I came here for a cookery class under chef adil..and he was brilliant . Relaxed , casual and easy and...

Found this hotel/restaurant wondering around a side road off the square, it was absolutely delightful. The food was excellent, the staff were really friendly and helpful and could not do enough to make sure we had a lovely evening, We had walked out of a restaurant in the square earlier as none seem to be bothered to serve and were...

Hotel El Kennaria is a very small riad located near the big square of the medina. The staff are very open and happy to speak and hang out with the visitors. However for me and my friend it was a bit too much. One of the waiters was drinking while serving us, and he was kind of pushy - trying...
