I went with my mate in April. After much research we decided to settle for this place as it is in between the old city and the posh new city. It is in an excellent location, a 15-20 min walk from the jamaa el fna, and a 5-10 minute walk from the train station..it is also in the heart of...

Agree with most of the comments here. Limited choice at breakfast but reasonable enough. Rooms are clean and functionable. Well located for upcoming district of Gueliz. Carrefour supermarket and western style shops in new mall very close by. Felt very safe in local area. Make sure you get a receipt when paying the city tax on arrival when checking in....

The front counter folks here have an attitude, to the point of being rude. Breakfast is lackluster - just some dried out bread, sad looking rolls, watery eggs; you get the idea. Rooms not clean, the bathroom had mold/mildew on tiles. Location was good, but other that was the only positive.

My stay was actually going pretty well until one day when I smelled a strong gas smell in the room and had to deal with a rude staff member. When I informed the staff member at the front desk, he said they didn't even have gas in the rooms and didn't seem to care much. When I pushed further, he...

Nice property, spacious room, comfortable bed and breakfast is ok. Lovely small pool. But - front desk staff could not be bothered- on arrival we asked for higher floor or a room at the back - not possible although most other guests had not arrived. The safe was locked - we asked for help and were told "we are too busy now...

The hotel had nice rooms but service was bad. We arrived at 4 PM but couldn't get into the room because the cleaning staff was still finishing getting the room ready.Even though we specifically asked for a non smoking room someone had been smoking. The hotel came and sprayed but would do nothing else. We were supposed to have a...

I stayed with a friend for three nights. The room was spacious and light and the beds were comfortable. The breakfasts were tasty served in the restaurant looking over the small pool at the back of the hotel. There are a few loungers and seats surrounding the pool but Marrakech is not a place for staying in your hotel so...

Very nice hotel and really good value for money, booked via booking.com. service especially reception was very pleasant. Rooms clean and complete with a fridge and a safety box. Good location about 40 minutes walk from main square and only a few hundred metres from a large shopping mall.

This was my first visit to Marrakech and we came to stay at this hotel because some relatives and friends had recommended it as a nice, clean, comfortable, well located and reasonably priced hotel. The recommendations were true and the hotel accomplishes all of these. The rooms are the strongest point of the hotel: big, clean and with comfortable beds....
