The hotel is located in a new development about 7-8 km from Marrakech city centre. The rooms size is big and they over look a garden. The spa is excellent and the staff is friendly. their is a mall within walking distance from the hotel.

Very poor service, if you ring reception or house keeping firstly they will never answer and if they ever done, they will state that they will send someone to the room but this will never happen. Halfboard is a waste of money, as this does not include the international restaurant. You have a choice of Italian or Morrocan, where the...

We visited in early February for a 3 night break booked as a discounted package. We were apparently lucky to have great weather as it is unreliable so early in the year. The hotel is a large , modern hotel on the edge of Marrakesh. There are other hotels and a small shopping centre in walking distance but a taxi...

Our experience at this hotel was among the top. We went there for a business trip. The staff was nice and helpful. The room were clean and quiet. The price was affordable for the comfort and quality offered.

Lovely hotel about 20 mins from the souks. The food is lovely and reasonably priced. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the only thing missing is a kettle. The pool is clean and the loungers are comfortable. Good selection of food and drink. There are two restaurants which offer different menus. One more traditional than the other but cannot fault...

This was one of two hotels we stayed in while in Morocco and it was by far our least favourite. To start with, the hotel advertises as 5* but this is a vast over exaggeration; it is at best a 3. The main issue was with a few very rude members of staff who were at best unhelpful and at...

Breakfast is so-so ok. Plates were often smudgy. Airco turns off in the night. It was 45° celcius during the day. No airco in the middle of the night means waking op half sweaty at 29° degrees in the room. Lots of things were falling off the wall, shower turned out to be a hand-shower because of the fact that...

If you're looking to relax by the pool, sleep comfortably and be a 5 minute cab ride from the city centre than this is your hotel. The breakfasts are simple but serves its purpose. We didn't use the shuttle as the times were not convenient. It was 50dh to get into the city during the day and 60dh at night....

I've just come back from my stay at Adam Park. Cleanliness rating 10/10! Didn't get a room with a balcony or terrace as initially stated in the description, but didn't complain as didn't feel the need! Apart from that, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Especially at the reception; The gentleman who works the evening shift/ Rashid / and...

The hotel is exquisite; everything was clean. The bed was super comfy. This hotel would be amazing in the summer. One of the staff member in the reception wasn't very attentive when serving us. He was on the phone with another customer and gestured with his hand to fill out a form. When he finished his call he served the...
