We have just returned from 4 wonderful days at this Riad - our third year and we will definitely be going back next year. Helpful, friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay special. Extremely comfortable accommodation and the pleasure of a sumptuous breakfast on the terrace every morning.

Amazing stay from start to finish! Service was top notch. They took care of all of the arrangements in advance: airport transfers, dinners, hammam treatments, tour guides etc. Provided staff members, that took us out of medina to meet the taxi drivers every time we left the riad. We enjoyed delicious complimentary mint tea and cookies throughout our stay and...

My wife and I stayed here for one week in April 2017. The lovely staff ensured that we felt safe in Marrakesh arranging airport transfers, lending us a cell phone we could use and escorting us to and from restaurants at night whenever we needed it. We stayed in a junior suite (Lotus room) that was beautifully decorated and cleaned...

One of the most aesthetically pleasing places I've ever stayed, especially the rooftop area. So many different and cosy places to eat or chill. Everyone is so kind and they get all the details right. They even provide you with a cellphone with a local sim card and the phonenumbers for the guard, the reception etc. if you need any...

My wife and I spent five nights at this truly wonderful riad. We had read the reviews on TripAdvisor before coming which set our expectations high. We were not disappointed. I cannot stress enough how good the service is. Everyone goes above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For example: My wife was sick when we...

This is easily the top hotel that I have ever stayed in in terms of customer service and charming atmosphere. Before we arrrived, I sent countless emails that they responded to with promptly. They gave us excellent suggestions and tips on everything from dining to gardens to tours. They will guide you, make reservations, book cabs, help you if you...

This is our first experience with riads in Morocco and it was a great stay. The room was beautifully decorated with rose petals when we arrived. They clean our rooms twice a day with complimentary fruits, juice, tea, and laundry service. The raid also gave us a mobile phone to call if we get lost. The staff also planned our...

The Riad is exceptional, the staff are excellent and nothing was ever any trouble. The room (Ambra) was a good size, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The breakfast was perfect, but really each and everyone of the staff make it the most pleasurable and family like place. We were given a local mobile phone to use in...

It's was our first time in Morocco and we stayed in Casablanca 3 nights before arriving in Marrakech. It's also our first time staying in the Riad. I have to admit that it's quite intimidating when we first arrived even we organized a transportation to pickup us from the train station (20 euros each way), it still surprised us. We...
