Upon entry was advised room was not ready for us, waited over two hours just for our room. Once we finally got to the room the staff advised that they could not find the room key so we had to wait around to obtain a spare key. Now the room itself was very small, tight and dark with a hole...

The Riad is located on one of the main streets leading to the main square in Marrakech. As you would expect the street is therefore very busy and full of colourful characters. When we first arrived on said street I did feel somewhat overwhelmed - aside from the expected merchants selling their wares there were lots of very disabled people...

This place is a jewel. Lovingly restored by its French owners, it is as authentic as can be. Even the carefully chosen furnisher is of another age. Although they have managed the riad for years, the owners have not lost the grace with which they welcome guests. They take the time to become acquainted, explain the meaning of Fez and...

Stayed at the raid for few days and it was a pleasant experience. We arrived quite early and our room was made ready in few minutes while we were serviced a complimentary Moroccan tea. The lady at reception gave us detailed information about Morocco and places to visit. The raid, location, staff, cleanliness was good.

Lovely, serene hotel in a beautiful building. Rooms are large, clean and very beautifully decorated. The breakfast is good and very substantial. The main hotel entrance opens to a quieter street leading to the main square with shops and small, but good restaurants. Or you can opt to shop and eat in the main square which is hectic, busy -...

This Riad, located a minute's walk from the main square, is absolutely beautiful. From the entrance to the restaurant to the rooms it is visually stunning. We stayed for two nights to explore the city and it was an ideal base for that. What let the Riad down was the staff. Despite arranging a transfer (which they suggested when we...

Came here for a meal with the family, had visited a few other restaurants and was hoping this would taste as authentic as those. We were disappointed, the food was okay nothing fantastic, the service was slow and the waiter seemed to have a short memory span. The meat was soft but not flavoursome, the vegetarian dish was bland and...

The Riad is truly a lovely Moroccan building which has been decorated with great attention to detail. It was very clean and very private with plenty areas throughout the RIad where couples could meet up. The hotel is a'Dry' one, no alcohol is sold on the premises not even in the little restaurant attached to the property. However there was...
