Just back from a short trip to Marrakech. As opposed to regular hotels, I opted this time for a Riad experience, with a little bit of skepticism (my previous experiences were not that great)... The reviews for this Les Orangers d'Alilia were good and the photos looked quite

It is a lovely place!!! All done in white and cream makes it very cozy and light. We had a great room with an own patio to chill. Breakfast is absolutely great! It is near to Cafe Clock but a bit far by feet to the main square and the more interesting shops of the Médina

My husband and I had the opportunity to stay at this riad with two other couple friends of ours. Have to say this place was amazing from its location, to customer service, food, lodging. Would highly recommend it to all!

This is a lovely place to stay but no - the small pool isn't what you'd be looking for.

It is about a 20 minute straight walk to Jenna El Fna through a relatively bustling part of the Medina and it is safe. You may run into street vendors approaching you but that is something that we didn't find intimidating. We however made sure that we didn't venture out very late into the night and kept our outings limited to just around midnight. Just exercise a little caution that a normal traveller or a non-local would. Enjoy the trip
