Rated as a five star but not 5 star as we know Western hotels. Nonetheless a great place to stay, the staff are very helpful and friendly and speak most languages. Rooms have air-conditioning and the place is very Moroccan. Could have benefited from tea and coffee facilities in the rooms as well as a small fridge. A little difficult...

We spent three nights at this Riad. It is close to everything and a peaceful oasis in a busy and enchanting city. Mariam and Abdul in particular could not be kinder or more welcoming. Thank you to ask at this hotel for making out stay memorable?

I cannot praise this Riad and its staff enough. It can be found in amongst a maze of streets within the Medina. When you arrive, it's best to ask one of the staff to meet you as it is hard to find. Ahmed can't be more helpful & so cheerful; nothing is too much trouble for him. The rooms are...

We stayed here for new year and really enjoyed ourselves. We were in a standard room which other reviewers complain about-we thought it was fine! Small and with little storage space but sufficient to our needs. If you are planning to spend a lot of time in your room then book a bigger room. Breakfast each morning was beautiful and...

We arrived late and were collected from our airport transfer a few hundred metres away along a twisting labyrinth of alleyways. It was already dark and we were wondering what we had let ourselves in for. The tiny intricate door to the road was finally opened and we were ushered into an oasis. The welcome felt like you were being...

We booked this riad in Marrakesh as we wanted to experience a few days in a Moroccan guest house. Finding the place is not easy on your own. Luckily if you stay over 3 nights you get free transport from the airport and you are met not far from the riad by a member of staff as cars cannot drive...

From the taxi who met us at the airport to the employees to the owner/manager - Everyone was so kind and gracious! We had a great time in Marrakesh. The first time walking there seemed tricky, but with GPS smartphones it was easy to find. My wife and I and teen daughter in a well-kept impeccable room with a beautiful...
