It is a huge hotel but in early February it was empty. No one to be seen anywhere. Probably because it is low season and the hotel is in a remote location. The staff was indifferent with no expression on their face like robots. I don't know, really weird experience. The rooms are ok. I will give two stars because...

The hotel is a couple miles out of town and surrounded by semi-occupied or empty hotels. it looks like a significant amount of sympathetic development is going on around the hotel so it looks a little barren. there isn't anything around it apart from a small shopping development including a Carrefour and a food hall containing a Domino's and a...

Great hotel if your in the mood to party. This is the reason we chose it because its right next to the two clubs in Marrakech. Yet we arrived during Ramadan so all the clubs were closed. The pool is a great place to lay out also with a ping pong table and foosball table. Everything was clean, we were...

Nice hotel which resembles a palace. Nice swimming pool area, lovely breakfast. It is located further away from the Medina but taxis are always available across the road. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommended this hotel for those who are seeking a quiet stay.

Stayed at the hotel for a week in May this year. It is a huge place, finding your room, at least in the first couple of days can be a challenge. The rooms are divided into blocks or riads, around what seems like an Olympic-sized swimming pool. Unfortunately, the pool was not heated and even in May too cool to...

This hotel has the most beautiful grounds, I fell in love as soon as the taxi pulled up. It is simply incredible. The staff at reception greeted us warmly and were more than happy to answer our questions about the city. The room was simple but fantastic, I loved it; the little balcony was a nice touch as well. The...

After a fantastic two weeks in Morocco, we stayed at Les Jardins de l'Agdal on our way to Marrakech airport. The only positive from our stay was the location of the hotel as it was in close proximity to the airport. Upon arrival, we were shown to a room in which the bed was half stripped, and the window would...

- Reception very nice and helpful. They speak english french and arabic. The rest of the staff members dont speak english or just the common words like hi, bye and tip. - Room quite small but nicely decorated for tourists. The amount of noise is alot! They start blasting music at the pool at 10:00 and it ends at around...
