We read a number of reviews which slate this hotel. Our experience was good. A more than acceptable hotel for the price. It is a clean hotel with comfortable beds and a plentiful supply of hot water, yes its a little tired but is an excellent location with the added benefit of a swimming pool. We spent our days benefiting...

I stayed there 4 nights with a friend, the hotel is very well located, between the airport and the town center. The swimming pool is very nice. But regarding the staying we change 3 times the room. 1. no hot water, no air conditioning 2. no pillows, no water, ants on the floor 3. the door didn't lock we decided...

1. When we arrived, receptionist wasn't very polite and welcoming. ok. whatever.... 2. We were shocked how old everything is there, like it wouldn't be renovated for about 40 y. the photographer did an amaizing job, because the rooms doesn't look like in the pictures AT ALL. they are old, gray and looks just poor and sad. 3. In the evening...

Having stayed at a Riad in the north of the medina twice before we thought it would be nice to stay closer to the new town and somewhere with a pool we could sunbathe by. Positives: location, good for the medina and the new town. Easy to find when we took the bus from the airport. The pool and garden...

The first and last positive is the location and surrounding. Terrible old rooms, with decaying old ugly furniture, dirty bathroom and with not hot water! Tragic breakfast! Totaly overpriced for nothing. NEVER EVER GUYS!

Pros. I will honestly say this hotel would be perfect for people staying for just a overnight stay. There is a small balcony on 1st and 2nd floor. The hotel is about 200-300m away from the koutoubia mosque which is next to the souks (jema al fena square) so perfect for Muslims who wish to hear the Adan (call to...

Disappointed with recent stay at Chems Hotel Marrakech. I suppose if I'd been told it was 2 star I probably would have thought it wasn't too bad but this is a hotel which is tired, run down & drab. Arrival - reception staff - some are ok but a couple of the ladies obviously do not like their job Information...

This has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever been to....whatever the price! Hotel staff is unfriendly, the rooms are dirty, the air conditioning doesn't work, the telephone doesn't work, the wifi doesn't work for more than 5 minutes and the cost cutting is too obvious! No maintenance The buffet breakfast has a couple of bread types...

Normally do not like to leave negative reviews but on this occasion I felt the need to! On booking I had requested for a quiet room with a lovely view. I have been many times to Marrakech visited the attractions but on this trip just wanted a week of R&R. Id read negative reviews about reception staff and other things...
