Left Riad Zamzam this morning after 3 wonderful nights in this beautifully decorated and renovated riad. It is located in the north of the medina and you get the treat of walking through authentic, non-touristy neighbourhoods along the way. The service is impeccable and attentive, they book guides, restaurants and cars, and walk you to and from them at night...

Thanks Riad Zamzam for a memory we will never forget. The staff and their service are excellent, actually one of the best service we ever experienced in a hotel and this is something we would never write unless we really meant it. Extra + + for the evening staff that met us at the taxi dropoff point every night (about...

Stayed here recently for a weekend break with the wife: Summary below Pros: Lovely inside - rooms are very good value, very clean and nicely furnished (if a bit small - suspect this is typical of most riads...) Staff very kind and helpful Very peaceful - well off main drag (see Cons below), far from touristy areas (except for dodgy...

The team at Zamzam went out of their way to accommodate this client. We moved him to a suite with no surcharge as he was not happy with the room he had requested even though it is stated ground floor. This was very difficult as we were full. He refused to even have breakfast or a coffee on the first...

Beautifully designed riad, especially the lighting. Also very friendly and service minded staff - that was a true pleasure. Excellent breakfast! Location is not the most central in the Medina (and next to a large church yard) but the staff is happy to help you find your way at night. However, quite a long walk to the souks. If you...

We planned 3 nights at the ZamZam Riad in Marrakech, but once there, we extended our stay for another 2 days because it was just too beautiful. The famous dream of '1001 nights' - here it came true for us. We first had the Palm Suite, which is nice decorated and spacious. The 2nd room was smaller but even charming....

Thank you for leaving us a review. 'Pros Nice clean room, large comfortable bed and hot shower. Very friendly and attentive staff Delicious dinner and breakfasts Beautiful furnishings' - to me this statement makes me very happy as I have stayed in many uber expensive hotels that cannot tick these boxes. Regarding location again - the Medina is a walking...

A wonderful time in beautiful surroundings over the Christmas period. We were made to feel so welcome on our arrival and ongoing the whole experience was relaxing and calming. The quality of the food and service were excellent - and the wines. The Riad itself is beautifully presented but could perhaps use a little maintenance in places. It is also...

Thank you for the lovely review and we are glad that you enoyed our wonderful team, confort and great food. In response to your negative comments: We have just come through winter and all riads due to their age, suffer humidity in the walls. The riad has since been completely re-painted, (hard to carry out when you are never empty.)...

Visited here last month, and disappointed with the quality for the price. It opened a few years ago and now needs some upkeep it is just not getting. Dishes are chipped, drains are clogged, sheets are stained. The British owner tries hard, but is not cut out for the hospitality business. Local staff tried hard too, but not the same...

A truly wonderful experience! The warm cup of local Moroccan tea upon arrival was the start of the service we were to enjoy. The staff were very helpful and informative and the owners, Emma and Marcus could not have done enough to ensure our comfort. A taxi was laid on to collect us from the airport which made our arrival...

It was surreal, a short and inexpensive flight from Gatwick, the easiest of transfers and there we were in the luxurious and peaceful Riad Zamzam situated in the north of the old Medina in Marrakech, and all before lunch! What a gem of a place and such lovely staff who were so welcoming and attentive. The Riad is a perfect...
