My family and I visited Zamzam Riad in April 2017. They were absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The staff made arrangements to have a birthday cake for our daughter, got us a tour guide to the souks and we're generally just a delight to work with. I went to the hamam there...

I visited with my teenage daughter and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. From the start of the planning we experienced excellent help and advice from the staff and on arrival felt so welcomed and safe. The staff are so lovely, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The food is freshly cooked and...

ZamZam really is a haven of peace in the chaos of the Marrakech Medina. The building and rooms have been restored and furnished with great taste and care but the staff really make it. Zach and Imane could not have been more helpful - whether arranging for taxis, meal reservations or hammams. If you can make it out to the...

My room was stylish (Moorish), with large and wonderfully comfortable bed. Also a good walk-in shower. The food was the best I had in Morocco - (I was in Marrakesh and Atlas mountains). Very good quality ingredients and they have an excellent cook. I took a cookery course with her, and have been using her ingredients since. The manager (Imane)...

We have just arrived home after spending three nights in this wonderful riad. It's an amazing , relaxing and cosy environment that we loved. We stayed in the Berber suite which was just really lovely ... a calming decor with lots of space and lovely bathroom. The staff were just so helpful and nothing was too much trouble . As...

Tucked away in a corner of the Medina is a slice of heaven. This is a quaint little Riad that takes care of your every need. Starting with your arrival the staff is friendly, makes sure you are taken care of from sunrise to sunset both that can be enjoyed on their patio roof overlooking the Medina and a spectacular...

Went there with a group and had the best time ever. It's a beautiful place, each room decorated in a unique style, everything very authentic Morroccan. Super friendly and helpful staff (fluent in English), good food, a clean place with an amazing roof terrace. Highly recommended.

Emma at Camp Adounia organised a trip for us to visit the Atlas Mountains, Sahara Desert (Camp Adounia) and a room at Riad ZamZam in between. We had the most wonderful time and we didn't have to think at all - all of the hassle of arranging travel, when to go and where to eat was taken out of our...

Faizel is one of the best reasons for staying at the Zam Zam. After a hectic day of travel Faizel met us just inside the walled Medina. He led us through the winding streets that would soon become a familiar path to the Souks. He insisted on taking my luggage and delivered us to our beautifully exotic home away from...

We stayed in the Rose suite, with our 8 year old daughter and our 11 month old daughter in February for four nights. From the moment we walked through the front door we were greeted with a warm welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were always happy and attentive, they went over and above to deliver a...
