This is a beautiful Riad with wonderful staff and welcome pool. But it is a long walk, perhaps only 15 mins from the souks etc if you know the way, but considerably longer if you get lost in the maze of streets. Coming back from the town at night might for some be an adventure but you need to be...

The riad is a cosy place in the middle of a busy and noisy souk. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but they dont speak english at all. Beautiful and warm rooms. The wifi and breakfast could be better.

First I thought it make no difference to write a review, but after reading the reviews I would like to share our experience with Riad Al Andaluz and especially with manager Cedric. We stayed 2 nights in the riad although we’ve booked and paid for 3 nights. After the second night manager Cedric came to us and told us we...

You can not trust the manager at this riad. We stayed there 3 nights and that was okay. We asked if we could book three more nights later in February because we were going to Agadir for a couple of days to visit friends. After that we wanted to come back to Marrakech. No problem at all, Cedric said but...

We had a wonderful holiday here with family from France and new Zealand and Morocco. The staff were extremely good and helpful. The good was good. Clean and lovely. Highly recommended. Good situation not far from majorelle gardens

The manager gerant Cedric was difficult to reach by email and phone, but was very quick in getting the money from our bank account even when the reservation was already cancelled. After that it was impossible to reach Cedric. So my advise, don't make any reservations at riad al Andaluz.

Would definitely recommend if you'd like somewhere a bit quieter than the main souk and market. Still very near, with v helpful staff. The accommodation was lovely. Would definitely return. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

We arrived and were told that our reservation had been cancelled. They supposedly had sent us a mail and cancelled with booking.com. We called booking.com, and they had received no such cancellation and neither had we. We talked to the riad manager (in Belgium) who said that he had to cancel because the pool was broken (!). However, the receptionist...

After reading the reviews on this site we chose to book this riad for our first visit to Marrakech. Throughout our planning we were conversing with a man called Cedric, apparently the manager, through e mail. Through this, we booked the transfer from the airport, dinner on arrival and breakfast. Before our trip we also emailed flight details and also...

This Riad totally exceeded all our expectations, and after reading the reviews, we already had really high hopes! We were greeted at the airport with a private transfer service which cost us just €15 and even though it took us forever to get through customs and were very late, we were still met with a smile. On arriving at the...

“All of the rooms are quiet but the one with the most attractive bathroom (green zellij tiling & large antique brass shower) is next to the kitchen which may be a problem in Summer. We looked at all the other rooms and they are fine.”

“All rooms are great! But if you are not an early bird, I'd avoid the one next to the kitchen for the early noise when breakfast is being prepared”
