This was a great place to stay as you are a few minutes walk from the excitement and bustle of place Djemaa el Fna and the souks, yet inside the Riad all is calm, tranquil and relaxing. The breakfast and the (Thai) dinner were excellent here. They will also do bookings for you in the restaurants in their other Riads... More

Four days in Marrakech, four days in a wonderful Riad! After a day outside in the caos of the city, we have been happy to come HOME to Riad Bab Firdaus. If you want to really experience Moroccan architecture, food and hospitality then stay here. Enter off the street, walk through the doors and you are in another world altogether...in this little oasis, surrounded by the chaos of the medina, you'll find everything you imagined Marrakech to be. The food is fabulous, the decor gorgeous and the spa incredible...but nothing compares... More

In one word: heaven. We are back in Holland for 2 days now and already miss the overwelming charm of the crew and gracious surrounding of the riad. The positive experience started with the email contact which was very to the point and warm. We decided to book for 5 night although we thought it could be to long. After... More

My husband & I stayed at the Riad Bab Firdaus. Upon arrival, we were offered a warm drink and fresh tasty dates filled with walnuts. What a treat; especially, on a cold evening.Although our room faced the front of the street and was noisy, the quality and service we received was exceptional. Our host Abdel went out of his way... The service and staff could not have been friendlier and nicer. They all deserve commendation but especially Abdel who was always warm and charming. No 5 star hotel could even come close. The facilities were comfortable and the building just stunning. Thank you so much and we look forward to coming again.

The Angsana Riad Collection, owned by Angsana Resorts & Spas which is part of the Banyan Tree group, opened at the end of 2007. Riad bab Firdaus has recently ,along with 6 other riads , been taken over by Agnsana hotels. It is located in the heart of the medina and has been beautifully restored. It is a haven of calm and peace in the madness of the medina! The suites are superb as are all of the public areas. We had drinks in... More
