This Riad is just a couple of minutes walk from the Main Street of the Medina- Telaa kabira. Walk up the hill and there are lots of cheap restaurants selling tagines etc for about 40dh. You have to walk through the part of the souk selling meat to get there. We witnessed one butcher trying to get live chickens to... More

We stayed three nights at Riad Jean Claude. Our host Jean Claude was very friendly and helpful, and the staff were efficient and attentive. Great location, close to the medina. Pool area peaceful, secluded, very relaxing place to refresh after a busy day. Courtyard is decorated beautifully. We enjoyed the breakfast selections, including the most delicious rghaif ( Moroccan pancakes)... More

We loved our 4 nights at Riad Jean Claude. It’s a great pity it has only 3 rooms so more people can experience the delightful hospitality of Jean Claude who could not do enough to assist us and make our stay in Fez enjoyable. He not only picked us up at the railway station, took us for a tour around... More

This Riad is about 1 minute (walking) distance from the Fes Medina and it offers a perfect base for exploring the Medina's exotic, eclectic and fascinating shops, mosques and restaurants. Jean Claude, the Riad's owner, picked us up at the train station in Fes and drove us to the Riad itself, where a welcoming mint tea and nuts were soon... More

My wife and I recently stayed at Riad Jean Claude for 7 nights. Jean Claude is a very warm and welcoming host who ensures your stay is pleasant throughout. He is happy to help sort any queries, organise taxis, facilitate day trips etc - he even went as far as providing a guide book of Fes. Pros: - Jean Claude... More

We stayed at Riad Jean Claude in Fes twice on our month long trip as we were so happy there the first time. We stayed 5 nights in early November and 3 nights in December. Riad Jean Claude is located just outside one of the quiet gateways to the medina. The property is very unassuming from the outside but step... More

We just returned from a week-long vacation in Fes that we spent at Jean-Claude's Riad where we felt like home. In addition to the great location, 2-minutes walking distance from the core of the medina but still far enough to have a nice view from the second floor and space for some sunlight in the garden, Jean-Claude has been extremely... We stayed in Riad Jean Claude for two nights in October. We booked the Fes twin room because this was the only one available. Like the Meknes room this room is situated on the highest floor of the Riad. The room has a private terrace which gives you a great view over the Fes medina. The room was quite small... More

Jean-Claude is a lovely man, who made a big effort welcoming us in September (he drove us 2 times and helped us booking a restaurant and finding our way in the city). We stayed in 5 Riads in Morocco and here we had the best host! The Riad has a very nice 'cosy corner' and a cute garden with swimming... More

The riad and Jean Claude are very nice and welcoming. He makes you feel like home. Pleasent to relax after a day in the medina, with a small swimming pool in the garden and all the useful tips Jean Claude gave about Fes and the sorroundings. We had dinner at the riad: it was delicious and huge! We would definetely... More
