I had a lovely stay and I will recommend it to everybody. The staff was the greatest and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. And a late breakfast on the roof was a good way to star your days. And Fès is a wonderful place. Go there! Otto

Riad Tizwa is a beautiful property, tastefully furnished and with very comfortable beds, situated very close to Place Batha, which is an excellent location as it is close to a petit taxi stop and within walking distance of the souks. The breakfast was exceptional and you can have it wherever you want in the Riad (on the terrace etc). The...

Service was exceptional: Tastefully decorated rooms, clean and value for money. Conveniently located; next time will try the home cooked meals. Definitely would stay there again and hopefully at their Riad in Marrakech

Out of all the riads and dars we stayed in during our Morocco trip, this place has the most beautiful rooftop terrace. The view was stunning overlooking the old medina and other riads in Fez and I wish I had more than just two breakfast up there! The room was beautifully decorated and spacious. The bathroom was clean and nice...

This Riad, as well as the one in Marrakesh, offer superb customer service. Truly 5 star! Whatever you need or want they will find it and get it done: a hot meal brought into the hotel on a rainy night from the restaurant of your choice, train tickets, taxis, guides etc. The rooms are all unique and fun. Always clean...

I cannot begin to describe how welcome I felt in this beautiful Riad from the moment I arrived. This was my first trip to Morocco and I dont think I have experienced friendlier staff anywhere in the world. Making sure we had everything we needed, one of the 3 key managers was always around to give us advise and assistance...

As soon as we arrived at Riad Tizwa, Meriam, the riad manager, practically ordered us to relax. After a short tour and some complimentary mint tea and almonds, my friend and I decided on the room on the roof and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The sunrises and sunsets are among the most spectacular I've witnessed and we...

Located just on the edge of the medina, perfect for exploring the medina, close to restaurants and not too far from the coach terminal. The Riad is near enough for the bustle, but away from the noise. The staff were helpful and attended to our every need. Mint tea served every time we walked into the Riad! Breakfast was great,...

We've travelled through Morocco for 1 week and this was by far the best Riad we've stayed in. The staff was incredibly nice and the Riad itself it's beautiful and comfy, room was giant, we felt like at home.

We had an exceedingly romantic & private room on the roof of this enchanting Riad. With a bath, bed and wardrobe layout that would put a London house to shame, open the doors of this exotic space and one is on a multi-level roof terrace with the Medina stretching out below, the mountains in the distance and a large number...
