The room was clean enough but it was not well maintained. Paint was not quite to the edges, everything looked a bit slap dash. The air conditioner had no remote, just an on off button. If you wanted the temperature changed you had to call reception to send someone up with the remote. Breakfast was quite poor with dried out...

Stayed here as part of a tour through Morocco. Smallish rooms but perfectly adequate for the length of time we were going to be spending in them. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a lift to get you up to the floors. Not a bad place to stay in Fes.

This was my third visit to the Mounia in 2016. The hotel represents very good value, particularly if booked through one of the better-value brokers. Rooms, and public areas, are scrupulously clean and the property is presented with some pride. Very safe; effective security. Staff, particularly when you begin to get to know them, are friendly and very helpful. I...

Stayed in this beautiful hotel with our tour group for 2 nights in April, 2016. a this place, the room we stayed in(410) was beautiful, clean and very spacious. The staff on the other hand seemed to me to not care about us and that we were inconveniencing them. I asked for the wifi password and they would not give...

Stayed here as part of a tour, the hotel was fine - reasonably clean, hot water, and free wifi (you have to hand your phone over to the front desk, which was odd) however, don't plan on sleeping - the lobby bar is so loud, it can be heard from every room. Not in the fun party way, but in...

Stayed here 2 nights as part of our tour. Our room was large compared to other hotels we have been in. However, same gripe as other TA contributors - there is a 20DH fee for each device you want connected to the wifi network. This is the only hotel we have stayed in that has charged a wifi fee. As...

Was here as part of gadventures tour. The location wasn't super convenient as it was in the new Fes area which isn't very close to the Fes medina. on the other hand, the hotel seemed fairly modern (western hotel ish?). Nice room, nice bathroom compare to other hotels I been. Elevator was tiny and slow. However, it seems like the...

Stayed here for 2 nights while in Fes. I really didn't check out the surrounding area, so I can't comment on that. My room looked like your standard average hotel room you find anywhere. It was clean and the beds were comfortable enough. Water in the shower was not hot and only warm. WiFi is not free. It costs 20MAD...

Although the room was fine for its category, the staff seems to have forgotten who their customers are. They were extremely rude and unhelpful throughout our two night stay (except in the adjacent bar - which was a very welcome find after wondering the local spots). Barking dogs throughout the night made this hotel nearly intolerable. The breakfast was adequate...
