After a long day of travel, we arrived at Riad Rcif and we're welcomed with Moroccan tea. Upon entering we saw the amazing tile work and felt cool. Later, we had the most delicious dinner. We have been eating traditional Moroccan food but this one was the best we've had. We woke up really late the next day - the...

My husband and I came here on our first visit to Fes and found this place the most welcoming we've ever stayed at. We both travel fairly frequent but the type of hospitality we've received here we've never received anywhere else. The accommodations were excellent, amazing hands down! The place provided us with an excellent guide, Mohammed. A former teacher...

My wife and I stayed in the Riad for 2 nights, and could not have been happier. The decor is beautiful, and the property dates back hundreds of years. Staff was truly excellent, especially Faisal, who made sure every one of our needs was taken care of. Would definitely recommend this riad if you are looking for an authentic experience...

Our stay was simply amazing, the Riad is even more beautiful than the pictures and proved to be a wonderful retreat from the whirlwind of adventure exploring the region. Faisal the manager was quick to take care of any needs we had, and made the stay very smooth

Excellent stay from the food, service and people. A must do! This riad is an absolute treat for the eyes. A triumph in the restoration and upkeep. Also, I must recommend the hammam...so relaxing after a long day sightseeing. Do yourself every favor and stay here while in Fez.

The room was okay, looked better in photos and was very dark. The TV didn't work and whilst I was in communal areas the manager hung around watching me which I found unnerving for a solo traveller. He also didn't show me where my room was, just told me it was upstairs and didn't even offer to carry my bags,...

Riad rcif is beautifully decorated and assisted me with finding a guide at a very decent rate. The guide Aziz was helpful and knowledgeable. The manager Faisal assisted with a transfer from the train station. Communication was excellent as I had many requests and sent a million emails. Breakfast was massive, better than the usual Moroccan fare large portions and...

After my usual indecisiveness, I am very happy to have come to Fez after all. As others mentioned, this small and intimate hotel is very cosy. The caring and forthcoming manager Fayssal, all along with the most excellent Hassan and all the others complete each other to make you feel like part of the family and make your trip as...
