We stayed here for 2 nights whilst touring Morocco. It is about 10 minutes from the end of the main street of FES where there is a McDonald's and a large mall with Carre-Four supermarket. There are lifts to all floors, a pool and free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Our room, No. 417 was a good size with twin beds,...

Compared to the other hotels I was staying in while in Morocco, this place is a dream! Compared to American or European standards, it may not be the best. But it is clean, the staff is helpful, and overall I very much enjoyed my stay here, and I would stay again. The food was also really good!

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They were very helpful from the moment we arrived. Unfortunately while our beds were comfortable, the room itself was sparsely furnished. The TV needed a reboot by a technician to operate. There was no room safe. The WIFI was rather patchy. The bathroom was poorly designed and hot water seemed like...

This hotel is about 8 minutes walk to a shopping center where there is a huge Carre Four (pronounced "Carr Foo" in French) - which is the only plus of the hotel. Other than that, the hotel was designed badly e.g. toilet built in a separate room from the bidet (located in bathroom). It is difficult to have a comfortable...

It is an hotel you can value by european standards, of course much more confortable than some Riads we have been. A bit dated but the buffet for breakfast and dinner is all right and the prices for the Spa and Massages are quite reasonable, specially if compared with other towns in Morocco. Anyway, beware of the Medina in Fes....

Stayed here as part of Cosmos Tours Overall - the place is quite old and is in dire need of a renovation/upgrade Location - one of the few good things about the place was its location. It is a 10 minute walk to a mall where there are restaurants and a grocery store. There is also a small sports bar...

We stayed here for two nights on a tour of Morocco. The reception area is lovely, the room was dated and it certainly wasn't a room with a view. That said it was clean and functional and that was all we needed. The dining room wasn't really big enough for a full hotel but the food was OK given it...

When you look at the grounds of the hotel you can see what it once was and the potential it could have. Outside gardens, swim up pool bar, outdoor barbecue, but none of it are used. The hotel looks like it could have been in an old hollywood movie - in the art deco scene but sadly it has not...

This looks nice from the outside and the rooms appear nice. BUT many in our group had rooms with not working air conditioning. I tried to take my bedding to sleep on the porch as it was much cooler outside the room. Unfortunately the train tracks are next to the room and 6 trains awakened me through the night. The...

While the hotel has a good location and a really nice terrace with views of the city, I am not staying here ever again. Our room has one of the worst toilet and bath from the design (a lot of dead space, shower on the same side as towel racks, shower head uneveny mounted on a corner, hot anc cold...
