The hotel is quite basic but good value. The rooms do not have a chair but beds were comfortable. Breakfast was basic but enjoyable. Wifi seemed only to work in public areas. They have a cheap washing service. Also have a lounge area and staff were helpful.

After reading the reviews of this hotel I was surprised to have found it quite a reasonable place. It was booked through my tour company and I shared a room on the first floor overlooking the street. At night the worse noise wasn't from outside but actually from people dragging suitcases up/down the staircase. This was quite bad so I'd...

Like Willoughby's review we stayed here because it was Intrepid's hotel for their Fes stop. Good things: 1. Location as is across the road from a bottle shop & market & around the corner to shops & main streets to wander through. 2. Staff are all friendly & helpful. 3. Wifi works best in lobby but ok reception on first...

This is an Intrepid Tours recommended hotel. The staff were fabulous running around getting us glasses and putting our elicit alcohol into their fridge. We were very happy with our room. We had firm pillows and bed - but comfortable. There was air-conditioning, it was well appointed, clean and quiet (#110). Very good value for money, close to a local...

Apparently this hotel has a "good" floor (level 1). I wouldn't want to know what the other floors looked like. Rooms are clean and the location seems good. There is no hot water and the heaters don't work in all rooms. Cold in winter. -1 for no wifi anywhere except immediately at the front desk. -2 for no hot water...

Because I am traveling with a group, I did not choose my hotels or accommodation. Considering this hotel is probably a 2 or 3 star, (more like 2), it was not very good. Their entry is dimly lit, my sink was clogged and will not drain. I brushed my teeth and an hour later, the water was still there. We...

We stayed two nights as part of an Intrepid tour. When completing our review of the tour we will suggest that Intrepid find a new hotel in Fes. Rooms all need basic repairs such as putting up towel bars, replacing light bulbs and lamp shades that are missing, repairing electric switches and outlets. Front desk were not pleasant or helpful...

Stayed here two nights as part of an Intrepid tour. Must have lucked up and gotten one of the updated rooms. My room was clean, so no issues on that front. Room and bathroom are very narrow and small. Beds are twin sized. The bathroom is EXTREMELY narrow. Also there's no lip on the shower floor, and the drainage is...

We stayed 2 nights as part of an Intrepid Tour of Morocco. Staff were very accommodating, breakfasts really had too much food, & place was clean & well situated. Only problems were beds & pillows were too hard, Wifi was difficult in some parts of the hotel but these were minor really.

This hotel is basic, but clean. The bathroom does not allow for much space. The shower head in my room looked amazing, but didn't work properly with water dribbling from the top of the showerhead and flooded the bathroom. The beds were hard, and I needed to ask for the air con controller from reception. The daytime staff at the...
