Customer Service - Very bad. A young host called Hassan tried very hard to sell the riad's tour to sahara and in the medina and around the Fes area even in the mid night which is very unpleasant. When we turned down his recommendations for joining the tour, his service became very bad and rude. Room - Very poor sound...

I have stayed in different kinds of places and even some 2-star hotel or hostel. But this riad is definitely the worst experience. Customer service: receptionist is very unhelpful and not responsible for their promises. They promised to secure a bus ticket at around noon but denied the promise late at night at around 9 which make us impossible to...

We spent there one night. Place is very close to the main street. Big (and pleasant, clean) rooms, view from roof (where we got our breakfast…) and very hospitable staff. As usual in Riads, the isolation from street noise is good, but you hear noises from the inner yard (of other guests are noisy, which as not so in our...

The rooms were lovely and well equipped, and Mehdi was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. They have a sister riad a few doors down where you can get a drink, if that's your thing.

Mehdi from Riad Naila saved my trip. We stayed at Naila 1 night only, but it felt immediately like home. It's quiet, beautiful, clean, easy to get to, the beds are super comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are nicer than most bathrooms at American hotels I've stayed at, and the staff are top notch. Also, breakfast was plentiful...

Beautiful hotel. Clean. Tidy. We stayed 4 nights 2nd - 6th March in the sherif suite on the ground floor. Very posh, comfy and elegant throughout. However, you can here all the comings and goings, so if you are a light sleeper, (or want adult lone time) chose the first floor. Was slightly cold at night, but to be expected...

Loved it. Riad Naila is situated near the Blue Gate, 5 min walk to the medina. 10min walk to the "Ville neveau" 10 min walk to the Public Gardens (a delight) A comfortable, clean riad with superb views. to be enjoyed whilst eating the ample breakfast on the terrace whilst the sun rises over Fes. The manager Youssef became a...

The place is a foboulous old mansion reconverted in Hotel. The staff are among the best I have ever seen, they serve a nice breakfast and it is very cheap in my opinion. We stayed three days and sincerely we didn't like the city too much, but his hotel it was our oasis.

We stayed 2 nights at this riad. Everything was good except the fact that shower did not work as supposed to. So it was inconvenient to use. We arrived late but still were provided with a dinner which was very good and prepared specially to us.

We stayed here in November for 3 nights, the room was beautiful, authentic, clean and comfortable. The staff were beyond friendly and attentive, I can't praise them enough. Breakfast was gorgeous and served on the rooftop with spectacular views. Riad is located centrally, just off the Talaa Kabir. We will return every time we stay in Fes for sure. Thank...
