We have just returned from a weeks stay at the Riad Andalib. It was fantastic! The reason we had chosen Fez was because my husband was celebrating his 60th birthday. We chose Riad Andalib based on the excellent reviews we had read on trip advisor, and it certainly didn't disappoint. This hotel works quite simply because of the owner, Reibal,...

I will state the things well covered by other reviewers: the room was fantastic, as was the breakfast and location. You can certainly walk to many parts of Fes, though you will want a taxi to take you to the Blue gate (then make your way back to the hotel on foot). My room (booked a Queen suite) was absolutely...

This Riad is perfectly located near the city center. The rooms are comfortable, large and clean. Reibal is helpful to help you conquer the city center. Diner and breakfast are fresh and plentyfull. I would come again when visiting Fez.

We have been staying at this Riad for a week. We cannot speak highly enough of the caring attitude of both the owner and his staff towards the guests. From our arrival on Christmas Day we have been taken care of. The car was parked, our bags were delivered to our room. Over cups of mint tea the owner explained...

Had a great stay at Riad Andalib and the personnel was very friendly and helpful. If you stay at this hotel, then let them know when you arrive, so that the owner can greet you and give you some useful tips for exploring the city. The food at the restaurant was amazing, best harira we had, and while it is...

Actual property was dated, dim and it was hard to believe they were fully occupied given they literally had to turn the entrance lights on when we returned from dinner. Owner and his staff were rude to our guide and driver. Compensated us one night for no hot water in the rooms which was a well recieved gesture but overall...

Reibal I, Propriétaire at Riad Andalib, responded to this review

Dear Guests; We have a Moroccan proverb that stats “They hit me and cried, they run away and complained” These guests are seeking only to degrade TRIPADVISOR’s site and our establishment to the recommendation of a driver and a guide. The moment these guests stepped inside our establishment they were very rude to us by telling us that they don’t...

If you want to experience what it's like to live in an Islamic Riad just outside the Medina, this is the place for you. With only eight guest rooms you'll be treated to a luxurious style of hospitality that is normally reserved for the rich and famous. The owner lovingly restored this property to its original glory. The interior is...

Stayed for 3 nights in Oct 2016 based on TripAdvisor reviews. We were certainly not disappointed. From the first correspondence, the warm welcome and the excellent rooms - everything was just perfect. The owner / manager is a fountain of knowledge about the Medina. He spent time carefully explaining the ins and outs of the Medina. The rooms are really...

Beautiful accommodations, first class restaurant, perfect location, and the owner is the best concierge/ host one could ask for. He helped us tremendously- saved us time and money, gave specific details all about the city and equipped and emboldened us to explore the city on our own. This place is a must.

We rolled into Fes quite late in the evening after traveling in from a nearby city. Nonetheless the staff at the Riad Andalib was ready, warm and accommodating. The proprietor Reibal shows a genuine concern for his guests comfort and has an absolute eye for the small details to make your stay better. If you don't eat something on your...
