It was January in Fès, so very cold, and we had no heat and no hot water. We booked 2 triple room but we got a dormitory. The owner is not friendly whatsoever and the hotel has nothing to offer. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

“The only issue was bed bugs. Rooms overlooking the courtyard at the back are very quiet, which is rare in Morocco!”
