A beautiful riad in an excellent location but customer service is severely lacking. In January there was very little attempt to warm the freeing communal area and we ate a tasty but very pricey meal (our costliest in Morocco at 165 Dh each) in our coats. In the morning, the ambiance at the sparse spread (bread, butter, jam, 1 small...

We visited in winter and it was very cold inside partly because one of our windows had no glass. That also meant it was noisy at night. We saw the photos and the central area is beautiful but the rooms could do with a refresh. Don't eat in as it's expensive. In fact the most expensive place on our trip....

Stunning riad in an excellent location. Just a short walk from the blue gate, in a side street off one of the main market streets. We stayed in the suite on the ground floor and it was fantastic. Massive room with a queen bed on the ground and spiral staircase up to a second bed. Very comfortable and reasonably priced.

We booked two nights at the Riad Youssef through a discount website and really don't regret it. The building is beautiful and authentic, the food good and the service very friendly. The room was spatious and very comfortable. It's location is both right in the medina and away from the fuzz thanks to it being at the end of a...

Our first trip to Morocco and our third Riad this 10 days in Morocco for the first time. We had dropped our rental car at Hotel Ibis and called the Riad about taxi fares. The lady spoke English : big relief !! She talked to our taxi driver and told us to pay him 60 MAD. The welcome was very...

We booked Riad Youssef through internet. Our first trip to Morocco and our third Riad this holiday. We had arrived at the railway station and called the Riad about taxi fares and let them speak to our taxi driver to be sure we'd reach the place. A big relieve that the lady who answered the phone spoke English very well....

Nice big riad in a superb location in fes. Short walk to many shops around the corner. We had a large apartment which was very spacious. Spent our nights up on the terrace which was enjoyable, not quite how pictures depicted though. Would still recommend to tourists travelling to fes. People working there also spoke good English which made things...

This was by far the worst riad i've ever been to... The people are completely unsocial (not even a smile) , when they do talk to you it's not to ask how was your trip or welcome you,no, the first thing they will ask is that you fill in the papers. The room walls were broken, the lighting was extremely...

I stayed in this Riad for a night. Having had to change my travel dates, the original Riad was not available and at the last minute, booked here. We had by then traveled around Morocco (2 weeks) so this was by far the worst Riad we had stayed in terms of metal bar sticking out of the bed, taps not...
