Actually the largest bedroom and bathroom in the price range I've ever stayed in Casablanca. However it was a very noisy room, and none of...

This was a booked lunch stop on our tour of Casablanca. The service was slick. As a starter, tuna salad was plentiful and tasty. Unfortunately, the main course (particularly the macaroni accompanying the meat was only lukewarm. The sweet course was pleasant.

The only great thing about this hotel is it's location. It is opposite the old town and easy walk to many attractions. I got the suite...

I don't submit reviews often, and the ones that I have submitted have all been positive...But I feel so strongly about our time at the oum palace and the negative experience we had that I felt it necessary to add to the collective here on trip advisor. Bottom line: this was the worst customer service that I have experienced in...

We had booked 2 rooms for our last nite in Morocco. We had confirmed the day before. Upon arrival - we were told there was only one room left and we would have to share. My travel companion snores heavily - we have had 2 rooms the entire trip. Riads that were smaller but committed to keeping the reservation we...

Stay away if you wish to sleep. This place is noisy, dirty and not maintained . Our first night in Casablanca. We moved twice during the night trying to get away fro rattling air conditioners, filthy carpet, peeling wallpaper and yelling and screaming in hallways,. It is dark and dingy. The whole place needs either a good scrub or upgrade....

This hotel is well located and was quite pleasant - the room and bathroom were clean; the bed was comfortable. The wifi was good. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious. It had a large variety of food including cereals, tea, coffee, milk, eggs, pastries, bread and fruit. The hotel was generally quite comfortable and pleasant.
