Very busy and central hotel. Service at the hotel restaurant is terrible. It took over an hour to prepare dinner both nights we were at the hotel, and the restaurant wasn't even full. Adequate bathroom and bedroom. Photos on the website only show the larger rooms.

Stayed 15 nights. Staff all friendly and willing to be helpful. Amenities were limited. We were told due to the covid situation. We rather think it was more because business was/is slow and staff was cut back. Breakfast was very good and items were fresh. The swimming pool on 8th floor is small and not heated. The pool area was attended most of the time. Cleanliness was good, as a good hotel should be. There was nothing unique about the so called covid-clean special attention, it was standard clean and that was fine. We had a package deal for our stay, and as such the price was in line for the hotel. Advertised as a five star hotel, but we would rate it 4 for sure. We would stay again for the same price or less. Recommend an upper floor and facing south, view not great but less noise.

They say it is a 5 star hotel but I consider it more 3 star.
The staff is friendly but the rest is old glory. Breakfast however is good.
Rooms are good size but worn out.
Windows are not soundproof so you hear everything from outside and smell the pollution inside your room.
The shower temperature is unstable and be careful to not get burnt.
They do not put new water bottles every day and one night of my 3 night stay they did not put new towels. They only removed the used ones

They're trying to be a 5* hotel - but not delivering on the promise.

We arrived at c. 10.30 on a Sunday evening.

They offer valet parking - clearly our car wasn't "posh" enough as it was very difficult to get the attention of anyone. Eventually we did - but he did not speak English, so had to get someone who did. We spent 5 minutes waiting out the front until someone arrived who understood we wanted to leave our car at valet parking (!) and moved the cones blocking the area off.

None of their bars/restaurants were open - despite posters up everywhere saying they were open till midnight (or beyond). Our only option was room service.

Mainly we were desperate for a drink, so we ordered a beer and a diet Coke. 25 minutes later someone arrived saying they had neither of these available, did we want something else. That's really poor. In the morning I asked at reception whether they were out of stock - should I buy drinks to put in our room mini-bar. The receptionist looked shocked, made a call, and confirmed they had the drinks available - so why not when we wanted them?

My partner was travelling on business, but I was "on holiday" - and planning to make use of the rooftop pool. The posters indicated that the bar was open from 4, but I assumed the pool area would be open during the day. Not so. The door was locked. I asked for it to be opened at 3.30 and sat there until after 5pm - no member of staff arrived to make the chairs up with cushions, get the bar ready, or see if I wanted a drink.

Their website describes themselves as: "a luxury hotel with... an outdoor swimming pool." Not really. The hotel is marketed by tour operators (such as Thomas Cook) for holidaymakers - I fear they will be very disappointed.

As a holidaymaker, the only place I could be (other than stuck in my room!) was the coffee-shop. There was nowhere pleasant to relax. Really disappointing.

The bedroom was fine - if very tired. The air conditioning was very noisy and didn't seem very effective. The bedroom was also very dark. It could really do with redecoration.

The hotel enjoys a premium location and it’s surrounded by many cafes, restaurants and shops.
I came to Casablanca to hold numerous business meetings, many of which I held in the hotel’s lounge. The staff was knowledgeable and very professional, getting in touch with me prior to my arrival to check my preferences.
The room I stayed in is large. I really did appreciate the comfort of the pillows and the mattress. I have been told by the staff that all the rooms had been refreshed during the Covid lockdown.
A truly good traveller experience. I’ll definitely make it my hotel of choice next time I travel to Casablanca.

My partner and I stayed here from 20th May to 24th May.
Friendly staff, good location, room more than adequate and clean all round. Very helpful reception, good choice at breakfast and the staff were brilliant.
Most of the staff spoke English and many other languages and were very knowledgeable to advise us to which places were worth visiting around Casablanca.
Will defiantly stay here if we were to visit Casablanca again.

We booked two rooms for ourselves and our two children. We also made reservations for shabbat dinner at the Hotel restaurant. We were assigned second floor rooms. The first night the music from a Morrocon dance club on the lower floor beneath us was so loud, none of us could sleep.

We complained to the desk many times and each time they told us it would stop. This lasted until past 3 in the morning!!! Needless to say we were were exhausted the next day rom not sleeping.

At the front desk they apologized and said it would NOT happen again. Yet, the same thing occurred Saturday night. Again past three in the morning the music blasted and thumped despite our complaints.

When I asked to speak to the Manager he was always unavailable. The clerk said there was nothing he could do and he was aware "it is a problem for many guests". When we checked out I again asked to speak to the manager looking for a credit. Again he was off premises I was told and that he would call me. He never did. I tried calling the hotel over 20 times and was put on hold indefinitely, hung up on, and told he was unavailable. I was never able to reach him.

When I went back and looked at the other 1 star reviews I see many people had the same complaint about the night club in the hotel. They know this will disrupt the guests but they do not care enough to stop it or alert the guests. They prefer reviews like this.

While standing at the desk I heard other guests complaining and being given the run around.

Every other hotel we stayed at in Morocco was great. This was horrible. DO NOT STAY THERE>

Excellent 4-star hotel, very well located, clean and the quality of service is really top-notch whether for the rooms or the training rooms. Responsive and available team. The food is quality...the breakfast omelette is delicious.

1 point. I had a very bad experience in this hotel. They always have parties which last till midnight and the noise is very loud. Even when we contacted the front desk, we got no response. I strongly do not recommend others to choose this hotel. It was a very disappointing experience and I am very disappointed with their service. Hope they can improve their management and customer care.

Is not Greg the first problem we noticed was that our room was very dark. We reported this to Reception because one bulb was missing in the ceiling and there were no bedside lights. We were told that someone would come and put a new bulb in but they didn’t. We reported it again still no action.

The next problem was the bathroom ceiling was leaking, presumably when people upstairs had a shower . There was mould on the ceiling so I guess this had been going on for awhile.

We were travelling with a group of 24 and were given breakfast separately from everyone else I’m told that the breakfast in the breakfast room is quite good but the breakfast they give to a parties is inadequate and for example example they didn’t fill up the coffee jugs when they ran out

The Reception is nice and the first time we stayed there earlier in the Tour, we actually had a pleasant room
