We stayed on the last day of our tour around Morocco. It was a late check-in, so restaurant meals were served on plates. It looks like a buffet style restaurant. The food tasted good. The room is a simple twin room and it is neither possible nor impossible, but if you want to use the shower the next morning, the water is cut off, let alone the shower, so there is no water in the sink or toilet. When I went down to the front desk, the staff didn't know what was going on, so they called the repair staff. He said it was a problem with the construction of the surrounding buildings, but since the restrooms in the restaurant on the second floor were available, I think it was a problem with the hotel building. It was back up and running within a few hours, so it was fine, but if there was no hot water, it was a 24-hour day back to Japan, so I think it was the worst. The tour guide told me there was a supermarket nearby, but there was really almost nothing I could buy as a souvenir at the mini supermarket. I think it's better to go to Muhammad V Square, which is located 2 places earlier. The post office building along the way is also very beautiful.

The full body massage was 15 mins instead of 30 but I was charged the full price. After the massage has started the lady who was giving the massage went to answer the phone and was simply chatting. Massage itself was bellow the average and lacked the understanding about hygiene. Place wasn't cozy and massage table wasn't comfortable.

Unfriendly reception service. I had to go to the restaurant to order celiac breakfast. Result: terrible tomatoes, cucumbers, cut oranges, orange juice and coffee with milk. I asked for a glass of water and was told it was extra! The room was not bad but nothing more. On the roof the girl was very friendly. I will not come back.

Host friendly welcome. Suitable restaurant level but the rest horrible fortunately only one night. A hotel rated 4 stars, incomprehensible this Rating is delirious. Room with trace on wall, TV only one channel and in other room does not work. Air conditioning is not working.
Not clean towels or sheets. The wedge of the broken bathtub therefore remains open. Cherry on the cake, cockroaches to keep you company. Must be avoided.

This hotel used to be called Al-Mounia. Very well located in the center of Casablanca. The breakfast was good, fresh, friendly service. Rooms old-fashioned, clean, but simply functional. Don't expect too much from this hotel, it is fine for one or two nights.

Nothing exceptional but satisfactory for spending the night on a tour. The hotel deserves a refresh but I find it difficult to understand the reviews which cry scandal. The meals and breakfast are OK, and the staff is pleasant. It is not a hotel for a long stay but for a hotel passing through during a tour it is correct. Of course, there must be better but it's not the same price! Casablanca is a fairly expensive city, you have to be aware of that.

Only one night, luckily.
Hotel where cleanliness is really lacking. In the room, hair found on the bed.
The bathroom had fixtures that had never been thoroughly cleaned. In the hair tub.
The dirty window panes, the curtains perhaps never washed. No longer white.
As for breakfast, this also does not deserve a positive rating. Really poor in choice and quality.
I advise against it.

The lobby is beautiful, and the location is close to restaurants and a medina. This hotel is located with transportation nearby. The bathroom is outdated and in need of some repairs and overall better house cleaning. I stayed in 1 room with 2 twin beds.

Hotel in its original state but it is enough to visit Casablanca for 1 or 2 nights.
Very nice rooftop with a view of the city.
Friendly and available staff.
Breakfast and dinner no more.
What a shame to be in Morocco and not have local fruit juices and fruits.
