Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Glad we chose this hotel for the location. This is an easy taxi from the train station however longer to the airport. Rooms are very large and include a washer and drying rack to do laundry. Detergent is not provided. We did ask for an ocean facing room and they changed our room on same floor. It was a partial facing balcony room and they called us down to charge us more for this upgrade. I think it was worth it but still did not realize that we would be charged more when they said they would upgrade our room. We also only had 1 set of towels and had to request a couple of times for more and extra pillows. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well. Would request a higher up level next time as not much of a view and the bottom floor would definitely not feel safe as beach gate was not locked and anyone could come in balcony. Be careful what side of hotel you are on since the residence was on our left and they played disco music late and loudly into the night.

The Service at this hotel is friendly. They assisted us in organizing day trips to Marrakech . The staff's advice and knowledge of Casablanca was much appreciated. Breakfast were good!
The apartment is spacious but furniture is a bit old. The kitchen is large and even has a washing machine and a dryer rack for your clothes. The pool area is very relaxing with loungers on the lawn. The beach is massive
The hotel is in a complex with many cafes and restaurants. One of our favourite was Pauls Cafe and Patisserie. The nearby Anfa shopping centre is also lovely with many shops as well as a Carrefour supermarket.
Wonderful experience and will definitely recommend it

My family and I stayed at Pestana Casablanca from December 22nd to December 26th, 2023, and I couldn't think of a better stay. The apartment is spacious, clean and with a nice view of the beach. What makes the hotel special, however, is its staff. The reception team (especially Hafsa), the restaurant attendants, the security group, and the cleaning crew--all were very professional, kind and warm. They went above and beyond to assist us with any requests, arrange for cabs and make recommendations in the city. A true gem in Casablanca!

The location is nice enough. There's a Star Bucks and a Carrefour. But the staff seem very apathetic and unfriendly. Which is often a lack of training. In their defense I don't think they get a lot of English speakers. Still, it's always nice to see a friendly face when one checks in. Or a nice thank you when one checks out. We had neither.
The one exception was the breakfast lady. She was friendly, warm and excellent language skills. Made the morning.
Also the segmentation looks muddled. If it's an aparthotel one might expect kitchen towels or dishwashing soap. But sadly this and other items were lacking.
Again location was nice for the beach, etc. but we would never stay there again.

My husband and I stayed one night here at the Pestana Casa Blanca after previously having spent two weeks traveling throughout Morocco's historic riads.
Pestana Casa Blanca offered us a very spacious apartment-type hotel room, that had a kitchen, a living room with large comfortable couches, a big TV with American movies in English playing on it, a large comfortable bed with nice linens and best of all… and this was the ONLY place in Morocco where I finally got what I wanted.... which was a BATHTUB!!!
The hotel room is pretty gray and drab as there are no decorations on the walls or colored pillows to brighten up the place, but it was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed it. It sits on the Atlantic ocean and it has a nice pool to enjoy.
The food was also good and they had a generous breakfast buffet that was included. The staff was helpful.... sending a special shout out to our waiter, Walid, for a job well done!
It's also a short distance drive to the famous Hassan II Mosque, which is a must see when in Casa Blanca. For the bathtub alone, I am giving Pestana Casa Blanca five stars!
I loved the sweet white kitty the most, standing outside the front door. If you get a chance to give him a little piece of meat or an egg, please do! :)

One-star rating for the location. My stay at this hotel was unpleasant, commencing with a toilet issue that was embarrassing and required substantial time for resolution. A technician, accompanied by four others, attended to my room to fix the problem, as water overflowed from the toilet. On the second day, attempting a midnight shower, the water turned extremely cold after 10 minutes. I stayed with shampoo in my hair and soap on my body covered with towels and call for help, two pple arrived to fix the issue, but their efforts proved futile. Resorting to another room to complete my shower !! I do not recommend this hotel.

Had to wait for hours and call multiple times for someone to bring toilet paper to our room. They charge 4€ for a bottle of water, in a city where you can't drink any water from the tap. Service is slow and incompetent in general. The people are relatively nice but it just isn't enough. Also, a bit random, but the doors in the rooms are very hard to open and close.

We had a wonderful and relaxing experience at the hotel af the tail end of a trip to Morocco. The staff was very friendly and accommodating - they regretfully could not accomodate a late checkout on our departure date but they were more than happy to secure our luggage for the day. They also allowed us to have pool access that day, which was very welcome! It was great to relax by the pool on the shores of the African Atlantic coast! My only gripe, and it's a really minor one, is that there were only a handful of pool chairs, so the first day we were there we had to make do with laying on the nearby lawn (which is very well maintained). I don't know if this has anything to do with us being there during the low season or not.
The room was spacious and clean. There was even a small stove top for those that perhaps would want to cook and stay in.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Casablanca but away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina!

Having stayed at New Hotel Piscine in the centre of Casablanca we decided to stay on La Corniche as the hotel had prime position on the beach. The hotel has seen better days regarding maintenance of the building. We had a suite which in essence was a larger than average room. The bathroom is a contradiction to the large main room with a cramped bath combined with shower. There is a washing machine which we did not use for our one night stay. The room 102 is on the ground floor and there could be security concerns. Perfect access to the beach for walking or swimming. We chose to ear dinner at the 4 Seasons which is next door as is a Mall which has a Carrefors supermarket. The hotel arranged our transfer to the airport for the standard 400 MAD though the vehicle was a very comfortable BMW with a wonderful driver. Breakfast was good with eggs cooked a variety of ways. Notwithstanding the above criticism we preferred the stay in Pestana to staying in the city.centre. Of course an alternative would be to stay at a hotel near the Casa Voyageurs Railway station and catch the train to the airport.

The bathrooms are in a miserable condition . Furniture and curtains are in bad condition too.
The reception entrance has no closing doors so the flies are invading the area.
The breakfast buffet is so average and there are flies in the restaurant too and couldn’t have breakfast there because I was disgusted by the flies
The best thing is Location is very good. staff very welcoming . Bed mattresses and pillows are comfy
The hotel needs urgent ,serious and total renovation
Please make sure this survey reaches pestana’s management .because it’s so shocking and disappointing to have this hotel in a such amazing location with such poor conditions.

Hi Sir,
First of all, thank you for your interest on Pestana Casablanca.
Actually, we do have a breakfast buffet for 120 MAD that starts from 7:00 am to 10:30 am (11:00 am during week-ends). Otherwise, If you want an early breakfast, we can manage that for you, so just let us know in advance.
The breakfast is complimentary for children till 5 years old, and It costs 60 MAD from 6 to 12 years old.
Around the Hotel, there is a nice shopping center with coffees and a food court but as far as we know, they open at 9:00 am.
