The hotel is well situated in an area surrounded by cafes and restaurants so we could walk and get coffee, breakfast and dinner.
Our Edith Piaf suite was spacious, we had 2 bathrooms which was great, one off the living space and the other next to the bedroom - this one had a little shower room which I really quite liked. Everything was very clean and the room was attended to everyday which included the provision of water to drink.
We made use of the facilities including the beautiful heated pool with keys to swim against; an amazing Hammam experience, our first one; the gym which felt really great after not having done a weights session for a couple of weeks; and the bar downstairs.
The staff were friendly and helpful. We felt welcome, comfortable, safe, happy!!

Overall a comfortable stay , nice beds, just a bit of feedback , shower water was lukewarm warm , however, breakfast was lovely and when we had to leave rather quickly in our last morning staff were very kind to give us coffee and croissant to eat on our departure…. Travellers beware of taxi drivers who do not put their meters on and charge whatever they want , also in markets be careful to barter very strongly in where they sell perfumes Argan oils etc as overpriced. Also beware of browsing and not buying as expectations are high on tourists to buy and then if you don’t they become annoyed and their mood can change from being very friendly to being very annoyed and making tourists feel guilty if not purchasing

The hotel is located in a residential area of Casablanca and is also convenient for visiting part of the city on foot. The suite is very large, with 2 bathrooms. We had asked for 2 separate beds but, despite being given confirmation, we found one large bed. There are many comfort products, bathrobes, slippers, but not the bidet. The staff is friendly and helpful for directions and restaurant reservations. We had an early flight in the morning and they brought us breakfast in the room at 6.30. A full breakfast with sweet and savory, hot dishes, fresh juices, fruit.

Friendly staff speaks English and French (including Arabic, of course). The room facilities are all decorated differently in an oriental style, some rooms have a terrace, so smokers will also get their money's worth. The rich breakfast is served at the table, not a buffet.

I stayed in Art Palace Suites and Spa from 17 August till 21 August 2022 and was extremely disappointed with my stay and with my experience in this hotel from the first day. I picked the hotel based on some reviews but was shocked to walk into the room which they assigned to me. The only thing that looked exactly like the pictures was the terrace of the room. I booked the deluxe suite but was given a room with a tiny living room that you can hardly walk in. The room had two full bathrooms per the website;; however, the second bathroom in my so called suite was locked and when I asked the reception to open it, I was told that it was out of order because the glass door of the shower was broken. I wondered why did the hotel sell a room that had a non functioning bathroom? When I complained, they opened the bathroom but warned me against using the shower. The AC was not working and I had to report the issue to the reception 6 times on the first day, with no response. They also told me that I will not be able to sleep before 2:00am because of the live band that plays there since the sound travels to the rooms on first floor. To add the cherry on top, I found a lizard in the bathroom and took a picture of it.I also called the receptionist on duty and showed him the lizard. He talked to someone on the phone and then nothing happened. I guess the lizard must have been a normal scene in this hotel. Do not stay in this hotel if you are used to the minimum standards of hygiene and hospitality.

We had a great stay in this beautiful hotel! Our room was incredibly beautiful and comfortable. The staff are very gracious and welcoming. The restaurant is excellent! Casablanca is very spread out but this location put us within about a 20 minute walk of many good restaurants and the beautiful walking area along the ocean. I highly recommend it!

The room was very nice, but the customer service is not! When we checked-in the front desk said breakfast was included. When leaving for the day we were in a rush, so we quickly grabbed a croissant before we left and they charged us $20 for bread and coffee. When I mentioned to the front desk that they said it was included and we only got bread they were less than helpful and rude. It’s unfortunate because the place was nice, but customer service terrible.

Let me save you the trouble. Avoid this aging hotel. First impression walked in front desk checked us in and handed us the keys. Little to no welcome or information besides breakfast details and sent off to room, come to find out it’s absolutely not the room we specifically booked (one with a patio which was a different price), instead i was put in a old dusty smaller room. The front desk did not warn us or apologize or let us know. When we complained they said it was a “issue”. Sounds like they overbooked and we had to pay for their mistake. So no compensation, no apology, no discount on a spa. Stuck in a room from every north africans nightmare (napoleons Room) we decided not to get mad on vacation and just warn future inquirers. -old furniture, dusty room, moldy bathroom and the front desk is not helpful or accommodating.

A hotel where you feel good in the center of Casablanca. The welcome is friendly and the staff respectful of the customer does everything to satisfy them, always with a smile. The suites are large, clean and the bedding is very comfortable. The breakfast has something to satisfy even the biggest appetites. We had a very pleasant stay there.

Let me say that if ever in Casablanca I wouldn’t even consider the big name hotels because it’s not worth it! I like smaller properties where it’s cozy and beautiful. We stayed in two different suites , both very beautiful and clean, comfortable beds, a pleasure to experience. It’s a gorgeous property with everything you need on site without feeling like you’re just another passenger. Beautifully decorated, spacious suites , absolutely delicious food in the restaurant, impeccable service. The spa , just amazing! Everyone is very helpful and nice and attentive, I felt like I didn’t have to lift a finger for anything! The DJ downstairs is awesome and so is the live music band in the restaurant. For our last night in Morocco , it was superb! I am grateful and thankful for such a wonderful stay at Art Palace Suites and Spa!

I'm not sure as we booked thru a travel agent. The staff was very accomodating so I'm sure if you asked they would probably do so if the room was free. We stayed in Casablance when we arrived then for two days before we left. Had two different rooms and they were both excellent.

We stayed in Ibnou Al Arabi suite. Very luxurious. We had the master bed and the two kids had rollaway beds in the sitting area. I am not sure if it can accomodate 3rd child though the sofa in the room can be used as a temporary bed.
There are more places to choose from in the Casablanca area.
