Located in one of the residential and green areas of the city of Casablanca, 5 minutes from the business center, the corniche and the royal golf course, Casablanca Hotel is the essence of this destination. With an uncluttered architecture reminiscent of the beautiful Art Deco period, and an exceptional garden planted in the city center, it asserts its imprint of an Urbain Resort with its cozy elegance. Built on 4 floors, this project of 59 Superior Rooms and 9 Suites Collection draws its inspiration from the many trips of its owner who, to share his passion with his guests, took the time to imagine, conceive and realize this original creation. The Casablanca Hotel is thought of as an elegant and cozy private residence. The charm of the place is declined in a subtle decor where the multiplicity of forms blends harmoniously with space, light and furniture. The floor, stair steps are in black and white marble checkers, imposing Art Deco crystal chandeliers, high ceilings, handmade stucco lace, red and black velvet lounges, marquetry furniture, Giant beveled mirrors made haute couture by master craftsmen dip the guests in the time of the belle époque. The ivory white exterior contrasts with the expanded palette of colors that beautifully dress the interior of the building. The Casablanca Hotel is a modern version of the Casablanca lifestyle that Moroccan handicraft know-how for a real journey of the senses. The refinement of the place is revealed humbly under a panoply of details, all thought so that the beautiful and the pleasant provide comfort and well being. YOUR UNIVERSE OUR LOBBY, A NEW WAY TO DESIGN "Le Chez-Soi" The lobby, by itself, constitutes an unusual universe that brings to life the atmosphere of the beautiful Art Deco period with its great heights, its marble columns and mirrors, its giant chandeliers. It will lead you with surprise to the magnificent terrace such as the gardens of yesteryear, offering a magnificent view on the carrara marble fountain and the swimming pool. The moment of a dream of today in the atmosphere of yesterday. More than a reception, our lobby is a place to be, a place of life wisely conceived to bring to our guests an immediate feeling of warmth and well being, the feeling of being at home. A dedicated team welcomes you in a warm atmosphere with the notes of our olfactory identity.

Le Casablanca Hotel garners accolades for its ample amenities, including a variety of dining options and inviting common areas like the pool and terraces, which enhance the guest experience. While opinions on the room comfort vary, with some finding them a bit snug and outdated, the hotel's cleanliness and elegant decor receive high marks. Nestled in a prime location, it allows for easy exploration of local attractions. Though the value proposition has its critics, the warm and personalized service provided by the staff is frequently commended, as is the hotel's charming and picturesque atmosphere.

The warm welcome and pick up at the airport by our driver Hammouda, started our trip off on the right foot. Hammouda was very polite, kind, helpful and excellent driver. When we arrived at the hotel for check-in, we had welcome drinks of traditional Moroccan tea and snacks, this was really amazing. The gentlemen who worked at the bellhop, was very helpful assisting with my luggage etc. Said checked us in at the front desk, he was also extremely polite, relatable and resourceful helping myself and others with me, guiding us in the right direction on where to visit, what to eat etc. The art decor theme throughout the hotel and in my room was just amazing to look at. M'hamed at the front desk next day, was also very helpful and kind, assisting myself for another day of my exciting journey. Upon checkout, I had Ahmed who was also great because he made this process very smooth. I would like to give A HUGE THANK YOU to Hammouda, Said, M'hamed, Ahmed, the guys at the bar/lounge area, the bell hop guys, room service attendants and the ladies who were working hard in housekeeping. All of you made my very first trip to Casablanca a sweet memorable one. I will most definitely return soon.

Great room, great food, not too far from the centre. Bed's were extremely comfortable. Breakfast really good, if slightly expensive, with good variety of hot, cold, cereals, including oats, granola, chia seeds, pumpkin sedds, dried fruit, smoked salmon, etc, etc. Highly recommended all round.

Situated close to the city centre in an elegant neighborhood, the outward appearance is understated.
We were greeted warmly and efficiently, we did wait for our bags.
The room was well appointed, with a hair dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, safe, robes, slippers and a comfortable queen bed with a comforter. It was a pretty standard size for a hotel room, but comfortable.
The breakfast had everything you could want including omelet station, cereal, toast, fruits, cold cuts, french pastries, smoked salmon, cold cuts and … bacon, a rarity outside Casablanca. They also had Muslim specialties.
The gardens are lovely for breakfast in warm weather. A nice pool was tucked in the back.
We had a very tasty light lunch in their dining room.
The personal are friendly and helpful
No issues for mobility challenged persons,
This is a pretty good hotel.

Room service was awful specially as I depend on it big time during covid and during curfew time. Also wifi was bad Always which was actually one of the reasons to choose the hotel. Water is very limited one or two small bottles. Nespresso capsules were only 4 that was in the room on my first day was not renewed during all my stay (10 days)!!!
I won’t recommend the hotel in the future. Definitely very expensive compared to the service and not worth for money.

This hotel is extremely expensive for the type of service they are offering. They aspire to be a 5-star hotel and they are one, yet, their service isn’t anywhere around that spectrum. We booked their best suite, yet they asked us to pay an extra Breakfast for our daughter when our daily bill exceeded € 400

The lobby is gorgeous and smells divine. The room decor is dated - dark maroon and dark blue, which is a shame because they are spacious. Bathrooms are nice. The Jasmine Restaurant is very pretty and they have a DJ on the weekends. We also ate at the other restaurant (forgetting the name) and it was also very good. A couple of things about this hotel that stood out and would have taken it to another level: The pool is very nice, but it's almost impossible to get a waiter. You end up having to go upstairs to the restaurant bar to order and then wait, and wait, and wait for your drinks. This seems odd, since drinks are a money maker so they're leaving money on the table (and frustrating guests) by not servicing this area. Also, they put very nice towels on the lounge chairs in the morning, but once people leave, there is (again) no attendant to remove the used towels and put out new towels. (And there is no self-service area to put used towels or get new towels either.).

I would like to thank the hotel and the front desk staff for their hospitality. After arriving with Royal Air Maroc having failed to deliver my luggage, the hotel were very accommodating in making sure that I was looked after as I had no belongings. I would like to personally thank Mohamed Sefroui for extending my checkout very graciously despite the hotel being full. Boutaina was incredibly kind and charming as usually. Wahid and Mounir at the door were obliging and helpful as usual. I genuinely feel at home in the hotel wonderfully looked after by Malika and the housekeeping team.

The hotel was well situated. The staff were incredibly friendly! Make sure they cool your room because we asked the bellman and then tried to do it ourselves, but the room remained a bit hot to sleep. The king bed and mattress were super! The bath was lovely. The breakfast was the best we had in all of the hotels we stayed in across Morocco.

The airport (Mohamed V, if that's the one you'll be landing at) in general is far away from Casablanca itself; around 45 minutes or so depending on the traffic. There is Starbucks very near by; a few restaurants right next to it. There was a Carrefour supermarket across the street. It was being renovated when I was there a few months ago, not sure if it's operating again or not. It's around 10 minutes or so away from the ocean (depending on traffic).
