I recently had a 1 week stay at Kenzie Towers which is strategically located in the heart of Casablanca with all amenities very close by including great restaurants the ocean and the world famed Hassan II Mosque

Our breakfast was included in the price which was great and Yassine our server in the second-floor buffet restaurant was outstanding even though it was a buffet he will tag along and serve us and deliver our prepared food that we had asked for and just making the whole experience wonderful and amazing
This was our first time in this hotel, but I am sure it is not our last time as we will be coming back to stay here again in future trips to Casablanca

We stayed at this 5 star hotel with high expectations of the experience and I can tell you the expectations were not met.
The hotel needs a lot of TLC and modernisation. The room was of a good size but there was no good view over the city as the window was tainted. The mattresses were uncomfortable, the fridge in our room was not cooling properly, the light switch near the bed did not work, there were chips in the furniture throughout & the TV was blue due to a maintenance issue too.
Furthermore the jacuzzi in the health center was not working properly and needed maintenance too.
Breakfast was ok, but all was self service, not even the coffee served at the table.
We had a beer in the bar which was 9.5 euros, which I found extremely expensive and the service was slow and inattentive.
For NYE we wanted to enjoy the 27/28 floor, however the dinner, entertainment and soft drinks only was 200 Euros per person for the evening - extremely expensive, so we did not attend.
The hotel has a 5 star rating but don’t get fulled by the quality of all of it. I would not stay here again, and my advise is to stay in one of the other 5 star hotels in the city!

We stayed at the Kensi Hotel for two nights. Mohsen at the front desk gave us a room on the 22nd floor with a spectacular view of the ocean and mosque. The bedding and pillows were comfortable, and the AC worked well, providing a spacious and relaxing environment.

Decent hotel, definitely not a 5 star. Amazing elevators: even 15 minutes to be able to take them! Good breakfast even if you miss napkins, cups, teaspoons etc. If you ask them they tell you to take them from other tables. Staff very cold and unclear. They brought me wine, seen on a menu from qrcode that I showed to the waiter when ordering but at the time of paying the bill was much higher. Had to be in Casablanca for business last week. Having tried other nearby hotels earlier (Hyatt, Sofitel), the Kenzi really improved on my previous experiences. Smooth booking experience (through their own web), fast and effective check in and warm hospitality from the bell desk. Room was large, with a comfortable bed and a nice view that stretched to the Hassan II mosque and the sea. I used their new restaurant on the top floor for both lunch and dinner meetings and have to say that food and service were excellent (hopefully it impressed my guests too ! ).
All in all I would certainly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a good business hotel centrally located in Casablanca.

I stayed in this hotel during Ramadan. My room was on a high floor and spacious with a view of the city, but unfortunately the view was dark due to an anti-dizziness filter.
