My wife and daughters, aged 10 + 13, stayed on this resort for 14 nights over the entire Easter period to get some sun. With only a direct 3 1/2 hour flight south, chasing the sun, this was achieved and the days were great ( 22-28degrees ) though, as reviewed previously, the nights are chilly and you will need a...

Hotel reception bar area is nice although they could do with some light background music on sometimes. Pool bar area also nice although a bit too cold at night in March/April. The service for drinks at the pool bar could be better, seemed to be 4 staff and only 1 working at times, also only give small alcoholic measures even...

The hotel could do with refurbishing as it looks a little run down and dated. The family room size was ok but badly designed and had a corridor separating the bedroom and bathroom which is completely unnecessary and would have added more light and space had it not been there. The food is ok. For breakfast you can get good...

There is Good food with plenty of choice and is available throughout the day and evening. We tipped the waiters 20 Dirhams every few days and are treated very well, a table and drinks are...

Chose carefully. This hotel is aimed at family friendly holidays and you have to fend for yourself with little or no service from the staff. Food was awful although the beer did take away the bad taste. Never again.

In our party there was 2 adults aged between 45-50, 3 teenagers between 17-19 and a 9 year old child. We all had the same opinion about this place,as did everyone else we spoke to and the THOMSON REP! (17 complaints in first 2 days) It was that heavily complained about the rep ran out out customer service forms! The...

The Hotel is quite large which can be a bit of a warren but it didn't take long to work out where we needed to go. The hotel staff were very helpful when we needed to find places. The food at the buffet on the night we arrived was poor but after that night it was fine. My husband is...

Just returned from a week in April over Easter with my husband and two kids aged 4 and 8. This was a pleasant stay in an average 3 star hotel. As for some of the reviews, I think people have been a bit unfair. We are an average family, looking for basic entertainment and facilities. The hotel offered a very...
