We had booked to stay: then had weather issues. Tried to get them to move it to the next weekend: offered to extend stay a night They had openings, would have made more money. But in the end: too inflexible. Won’t stay there again
The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Loaded with great advise and helpful suggestions, they were patient and indulged all my questions. The to go complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Helped us get a head start with our day. This hotel is so conveniently located within walking distance to the train station, ams minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend.
an excellent well located property. ask for Vincent the GM who's 5star hospitality does it all. nice service n nice people around to take care. value for money property. clean delightful surroundings peaceful location
Awesome hotel, great accomodations and the best staff. Breakfast every morning was awesome and the managers day every wednesday was great. Location is a plus, everything close by and accesible. Good parking as well.
We stayed here for a couple of family events in the area, and it worked out great. Close to all kinds of food and other conveniences. Not too far from the tollway, either. The hot tub jets weren't working when we were there, but the kids loved the pool anyhow (I thought it was a touch cool). If you like to walk or run outside, this a good spot - there are three man-made ponds that have trails or sidewalks around them. Not exactly "deep into nature", but safe and even.
The room was much smaller than one I stayed in years before. The coffee in the foyer and the food for breakfast need warmers to keep the items hot. The jets on the whirlpool are broken. The carpet in the room is sticky. The foyer is beautiful and could accommodate both baseball and soccer teams.
This hotel has an excellent staff that works the front desk and breakfast area. They were all so helpful when we had to extend our stay by a day because of a medical problem. The location is excellent near a lot of stores and restaurants. The grocery store is across the street. The breakfast was good, with hot items every morning as well as the standard cereals, breads, yogurts, etc. I would very much like some 1/2 & 1/2 for the coffee however, instead of all the sweetened creamers that were the only choice. Now for the negatives...our suite was in dire need of maintenance. Cleanliness was okay except for some cobwebs and a dirty bathroom floor. Housekeeping is not routinely done on a daily basis. But a lot of things in the room needed to be fixed. The bathroom faucet was leaking causing the entire box of kleenex to be soaked and the holder to be moldy inside. The louver bedroom doors had hinge screws missing so it was hard to close. The toilet paper roll was falling off the wall. The coffee pot was broken leaking water all over the counter. At least one and sometimes both elevators were out of order during our 4 day stay, causing my husband with bad back pain to have to climb three flights of stairs one night. The other big problem was the extremely low to the floor toilets. When I asked if we could switch rooms to an accessible one I was told all the toilets in all the rooms are the same. Be aware of that if you have mobility or physical issues where that would be a problem. That just doesn't seem to be smart when there are many other much better options available. I reported all the problems to the front desk and hopefully they will be fixed before our next visit. Bottom line is that I would stay here again because I like the location and I think with a little TLC it could be a 5 star winner.…
Kudos to this location for friendliness, atmosphere and accommodations! Vince is pure gold; when one of our people became ill, he went above and beyond to help us! Breakfast was delicious! A shoutout to the cleaning crew; not only did this location smell clean, it smelled pretty. It was so good, I stopped and took a deep breath to enjoy it! Well done Hilton Aurora Naperville!
Always fun and clean we like to visit from Time to time for the pool ! It’s always clean and the staff is so helpful, we have never had an issue, this time around they ran out of the room we booked so they upgraded us !
I went with another family and ours for New Years. We had dinner and went to bed at midnight. Very nice a quiet. The pool was open, but we stayed in our rooms. We would normally stay downtown, but felt safer in Aurora at this time.
