As one of very few Hotels within a reasonable distance from Beaufort County which accepted two 45 lb. Hound dogs... I'll count my blessings for a roof, electricity, and a hot shower. First, the staff was amazing! I bet this Motel hasn't been jammed full ever. I would not stay here again during normal travel, but served the purpose of...

This rooms in this hotel need improvement quickly, but the staff were fabulous and made our stay less stressful. They welcomed us and our dog and elderly parent. We had a roof over our head, a bed to sleep in and a bathroom with shower. That is more than a lot of other people had during the evacuation. I would...

This motel was dirty, noisy, the room had plumbing problems in the bathroom, the bed was uncomfortable, and the a/c was malfunctioning. The assistant manager, Brandon, was rude, inconsiderate, and couldn't have cared less about anything I said about these things - he implied the plumbing was working fine earlier so it must have been my fault. He also said...

I was skeptical when booking this hotel because of the reviews and I was concerned about the pet fee. I called the hotel and found out from the desk clerk (Janet) that there was no charge for pets so I decided to give it a try. A great decision I made. The rooms were clean, up-to-date, and cool when we...

We stayed at this hotel and had a terrible experience. They allow smoking, so even in the non-smoking rooms, there is an awful stench. I noticed cockroaches when I got up at night. I'm not sure what the maintenance person does, but none of the ice makers work, the front door does not close, and the elevator had plastic on...

I drove 9 hours. The pool was closed everyday was told tomorrow tomorrow. Staff was rude. Front desk attendant Janet was very extremely rude to me my kids and other guests. Dirty rooms couldn't get help from staff. People were having sex in pool and pooping in pool. I would never ever stay here again. This is a slum hotel....

I was pretty hesitant to give these guys a call, considering the reputation that precedes the franchise, however when I got on the phone with their staff I was blown away at how friendly and helpful they were! They have a very energetic, kind, and super awesome staff available to assist me with my movement and I'm glad that it's...

I remember when this hotel was first built. I read a lot of the comments regarding this hotel and yes I agree it's not a 5 star property however ihe staff extends 5 star service The property has just come under new management and the new manager came right in making the necessary changes. Starting April 2016 Brandon is the...
