The rooms are large, comfortable and very tastefully designed in sort of a retro, collegiate elegant manner. Hard for this writer to explain, Great staff and amenities including a pool, spacious lobby with a small restaurant and "The Foundry" which features internationally know live music and excellent food and drinks. You will leave satisfied and refreshed.

Dear jcowan620, Thank you so much for reviewing your stay. Our designers strove to achieve a very retro, collegiate feel when decorating the hotel, so you definitely hit the nail on the head when describing our style. Thank you for the compliments on our pool, lobby and The Foundry. We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay here and look...

Probably the most pristine retro hotel I've ever visited and perfectly situated for walking around downtown Athens. Every high quality detail is in order. If you get the opportunity stay, do so. We were in rooms 104, 106, and 107. Quiet rooms, top notch toiletries, very clean and convenient.

Great hotel. Location is very convenient. Staff is very friendly. We were looking for a place to watch the game and they made a great recommendation. Then they offered to have the shuttle take us down there. Cool vibe to this place. Also, rooms are affordable ... although I am sure the rates go up whenever UGa has an event.

It's definitely not your stand room in terms of decor, but very comfortable and nice accommodations. We would definitely stay there again. The parking can get a little tight and it is downhill from the Classic Center but not a far walk.

This hotel is AMAZING. The decor is quirky and beautiful, the bed is LUXURIOUS, and the location is great. The shower is large, with boutique toiletries. However, the bed and decor stole the show. I would definitely recommend.

Came for Law School Graduation. Cool decor idea, but basically still a motel-type room. Was difficult to get past that, also had some paint chipping on ceiling. Lobby was fantastic. Was able to check out early without penalty. Would stay again only if preferred hotel was booked.
